Abstract
Penelitian ini dilaksanakan untuk mengembangkan Asesmen Kinerja Perawatan Kendaraan Listrik Proton Exchange Membrane Fuel Cell (FCEV) dalam pembelajaran teknologi kendaraan listrik berbahan bakar hidrogen, sekaligus menghasilkan instrumen yang memenuhi kriteria valid, praktis, dan efektif. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah model 4-D Thiagarajan yang memiliki tahapan sistematis, terperinci, dan berbasis pada landasan teoritis desain produk pendidikan, sehingga dihasilkan instrumen yang layak digunakan. Validitas isi instrumen diuji melalui penilaian ahli (expert judgement) oleh tiga validator, yang terdiri atas dua orang dosen dan satu ahli peneliti FCEV tersertifikasi. Asesmen dilakukan terhadap 28 indikator yang dirumuskan berdasarkan capaian pembelajaran kurikulum merdeka dan RPS kompetensi perawatan FCEV. Hasil analisis menunjukkan Content Validity Index (CVI) sebesar 1,0, yang mengindikasikan bahwa seluruh indikator dinilai relevan oleh seluruh validator. Uji reliabilitas empiris dilakukan melalui penerapan instrumen kepada 10 mahasiswa, dengan hasil rata-rata capaian sebesar 90,7% pada 28 indikator, menandakan bahwa instrumen yang dikembangkan tidak hanya valid secara teoritis, tetapi juga efektif untuk digunakan dalam pembelajaran praktikum FCEV. This study was conducted to develop a Performance Assessment for Proton Exchange Membrane Fuel Cell (FCEV) electric vehicle maintenance in the learning of hydrogen-fueled electric vehicle technology, as well as to produce an instrument that meets the criteria of validity, practicality, and effectiveness. The research employed the Thiagarajan 4-D model, which features systematic, detailed stages based on the theoretical foundations of educational product design, resulting in an instrument suitable for use. Content validity of the instrument was assessed through expert judgment by three validators, consisting of two lecturers and one certified FCEV researcher expert. The assessment covered 28 indicators formulated based on the learning outcomes of the Merdeka Curriculum and the FCEV maintenance competency syllabus. The analysis results showed a Content Validity Index (CVI) of 1.0, indicating that all indicators were considered relevant by all validators. Empirical reliability testing was conducted by implementing the instrument on 10 students, with an average achievement of 90.7% on the 28 indicators, demonstrating that the developed instrument is not only theoretically valid but also effective for use in FCEV practical learning.
