    Abstract

    Masalah kesehatan mental menjadi perhatian penting di kalangan mahasiswa, termasuk di Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia. Tekanan akademik, sosial, dan emosional yang dihadapi mahasiswa dapat berdampak pada kondisi psikologis mereka. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan solusi yang dapat membantu mahasiswa mengenali dan merawat kondisi mental mereka secara mandiri. Perancangan ini bertujuan untuk menciptakan desain antarmuka aplikasi self-care yang mampu menjadi sarana edukatif, reflektif, dan suportif bagi mahasiswa dalam menjaga kesehatan mentalnya. Metode yang digunakan adalah Design Thinking, dengan pendekatan melalui lima tahap yaitu: empathize, define, ideate, prototype, dan test. Proses perancangan menghasilkan desain UI/UX aplikasi yang mengedepankan prinsip user-centered design, kemudahan navigasi, dan pendekatan emosional yang ramah pengguna. Dengan hasil prototipe yang memperoleh skor pengujian pengguna menggunakan metode SEQ (Single Ease Question) rata-rata sebesar 6,55 dan skor SUS (System Usability Scale) sebesar 84,45 diharapkan aplikasi ini dapat meningkatkan kesadaran diri mahasiswa terhadap kesehatan mental serta menjadi pendamping dalam praktik self-care sehari-hari. Mental health has become a significant concern among university students, including those at the Indonesia University of Education. Academic, social, and emotional pressures can negatively impact students’ psychological well-being. Therefore, a solution is needed to help students independently recognize and manage their mental health. This design project aims to create a user interface for a self-care application that functions as an educational, reflective, and supportive tool to assist students in maintaining their mental well-being. The Design Thinking method was employed, encompassing five stages: empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and test. The design process resulted in a UI/UX application that emphasizes user-centered design principles, intuitive navigation, and emotionally supportive features. Based on user testing, the prototype achieved an average SEQ (Single Ease Question) score of 6.55 and a SUS (System Usability Scale) score of 84.45. These results indicate high usability and ease of use. The application is expected to increase students’ self-awareness regarding mental health and serve as a practical companion in their daily self-care routines.
