Abstract
Penelitian ini dilakukan berdasarkan adanya temuan kesulitan belajar melalui wawancara terbatas kepada mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Tata Boga Angkatan 2022 sebab belum maksimalnya penggunaan media pembelajaran yang dialami pada materi pengolahan hidangan berbahan dasar unggas Mata Kuliah Maincourse. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis website yang layak digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode penelitian research and development dan model penelitian DDD-E yang terdiri dari empat tahapan, yaitu Decide, Design, Develop, dan Evaluate. Tahap decide dilakukan penentuan capaian pembelajaran mata kuliah hingga garis besar materi. Tahap design dilakukan perancangan flowchart dan storyboard. Tahap develop dilakukan pembuatan dan penggabungan komponen media. Tahap evaluate dilakukan validasi oleh panelis ahli materi, ahli bahasa, dan ahli media. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis website “creator.haveaniesday.com” yang telah divalidasi oleh panelis ahli dan dinyatakan layak digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran. Media ini dapat menjadi solusi untuk mendukung pembelajaran mandiri mahasiswa di luar kelas serta memberikan variasi media yang mudah diakses sesuai dengan kebutuhan pembelajaran di era digital. Through restricted interviews with Culinary Education Program 2022 students, learning challenges were discovered as a result of the inefficient use of learning media during the preparation of poultry-based maincourse meals. This led to the conduct of this study. The study topic is to create an interactive web-based learning resource called "creator.haveaniesday.com" that focuses on poultry-based maincourse dish processing materials. The goal of this project is to create interactive web-based learning resources that may be used as educational tools. The DDD-E research paradigm, which comprises four stages—Decide, Design, Develop, and Evaluate—and the research and development method are used in this qualitative study. Identifying the course's learning objectives and a summary of its key subjects are part of the determine step. During the design phase, storyboards and flowcharts are made. Media components are created and integrated throughout the develop stage. Validation by media, linguistic, and subject area specialists is part of the evaluation stage. An interactive web-based learning tool that has been approved for use as a learning tool by experts is the outcome of this study. This media can serve as a solution to support students' independent learning outside the classroom and provide a variety of easily accessible media according to the learning needs in the digital era.
