    Abstract

    Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran dari kinerja widyaiswara, gambaran dari kepuasan peserta diklat dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kinerja widyaiswara terhadap kepuasan peserta diklat PPSDM Ketenagalistrikan Energi Baru Terbarukan Konservasi Energi. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan angket atau kuesioner pada 69 responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis Structural Equation Modeling – Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) dengan menggunakan software SmartPLS 4.0. Hasil temuan dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kinerja widyaiswara dalam kategori sangat baik dengan skor Weight Means Score sebesar 3,45 dan kepuasan peserta diklat dalam kategori sangat baik dengan skor Weight Means Score sebesar 3,39. Berdasarkan pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan nilai t-statistik sebesar (58,210) > 1,96 dan signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 yang artinya bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan positif antara kinerja widyaiswara terhadap kepuasan peserta diklat di PPSDM Ketenagalistrikan Energi Baru Terbarukan Konservasi Energi. Pada nilai R-square sebesar 0,864 yang berarti model ini menunjukkan bahwa hubungan (atau pengaruh) kinerja widyaiswara terhadap kepuasan peserta diklat sebesar 86,4% dan model dari hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bentuk fit model yang moderat. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the description of the widyaiswara performance, description of the satisfaction of training participants and to determine the influence of the widyaiswara performance on the satisfaction of training participants in PPSDM Electricity, New Renewable Energy, Energy Conservation. The method used in this research is a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques were carried out using questionnaires on 69 respondents. The data analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) analysis using Smart PLS 4.0 software. The findings in this research show that the widyaiswara performance is in the very good category with a Weight Means Score of 3.45 and training participant satisfaction is in the very good category with a Weight Means Score of 3.39. Based on hypothesis testing, it shows a t-statistic value of (58.210) > 1.96 and a significance of 0.000 < 0.05, which means that there is a significant positive influence between the performance of the lecturers on the satisfaction of training participants in PPSDM Electricity New Renewable Energy Energy Conservation. The R-square value is 0.864, which means that this model shows that the relationship (or influence) of lecturers performance on training participant satisfaction is 86.4% and the model from the results of this research shows a moderate model fit.
