Abstract

Pesantren Persatuan Islam 16 Cipada merupakan sebuah pesantren yang berdiri untuk memberikan pendidikan Islam secara lebih mendalam agar menghasilkan lulusan santri yang berkualitas baik dari segi akhlak, moral, dan keilmuannya. Salah satu permasalahan yang dihadapi saat ini adalah gaya hidup dari sebagian para santrinya kurang menunjukkan jati diri kesantriannya dan lebih condong menunjukkan gaya hidup yang bersebrangan dengan ketentuan pesantren khususnya dalam masalah berpakaian, berbicara, dan perilaku disiplin terhadap aturan pesantren. Tentunya bukan dari pihak pesantren yang mengajarkan demikian, tetapi lebih condong karena pengaruh dari teman sekelompoknya baik yang ada di pesantren maupun di luar pesantren. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui gambaran kelompok sosial yang terdapat di pesantren Persis 16 Cipada, cara santri berinteraksi dengan kelompok sosialnya sehingga bisa membentuk gaya hidupnya, gaya hidup santri pada saat ini setelah sebagai hasil interaksi dengan kelompok sosialnya, serta sistem pendidikan dan pembinaan yang diterapkan di pesantren. Objek yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini adalah para santri dari berbagai macam kelompok sosial yang terdapat di pesantren Persis 16 Cipada serta pimpinan pesantren dan para asatidz yang memegang peranan masing-masing di pesantren. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi deskriptif yang mendeskripsikan peranan dari beberapa kelompok sosial santri yang dapat membentuk gaya hidup para anggota kelompoknya. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian menggunakan cara observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Serta teknik analisis data yang digunakan berupa reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian yang telah dilaksanakan menunjukkan bahwa terdapat berbagai jenis kelompok sosial santri di pesantren mulai dari kelompok formal sampai kelompok informal dengan berbagai macam kegiatannya. Proses interaksi yang dijalankan para santri berlangsung dinamis dengan menunjukkan sisi asosiatif maupun disosiatifnya dalam berkelompok. Terbentuknya gaya hidup santri lebih diakibatkan karena peranan dari kelompok sosialnya baik itu yang bersifat positif maupun yang bersifat negatif. Kelompok sosial santri yang mampu membentuk gaya hidup yang baik pada dasarnya mereka bisa menyerap sepenuhnya apa yang menjadi ketentuan pesantren serta kesadaran diri menjadi seorang santri, sedangkan kelompok sosial santri yang tidak mampu membentuk gaya hidup yang baik dan benar pada dasarnya karena peranan kelompok sosial lebih kuat dibanding pendidikan yang diterima di pesantren, sehingga apa yang menjadi ketentuan pesantren untuk diterapkan dalam kehidupan seorang santri tidak terserap dengan baik. Pesantren sebenarnya sudah mempunyai sistem dan program pendidikan yang baik untuk mendidik dan membina santri agar sesuai dengan visi dan misi yang diusung oleh pesantren. Kata Kunci: Kelompok Sosial, Santri, Gaya Hidup Union of Islamic boarding school 16 Cipada is a boarding school that stands to provide Islamic education in greater depth so as to produce graduates qualified students both in terms of ethics, morals, and scholarship. One of the problems faced today is part of the lifestyle of the students less his identity and shows more lifestyle shows skew different with boarding provision particularly in matters of dress, speech, and behavior discipline against boarding rules. Certainly not from the boarding school that teaches though, but rather leaning due to the influence a group of friend both inside and outside the boarding school. The purpose of this research is to know the description of the social group that are found in Union of Islamic boarding school 16 Cipada, the way students interact with their social groups so as to be able to form her lifestyle, lifestyle of students at the moment after as a result of interaction with social groups, as well as education and coaching system that is applied in the boarding school. Objects that are examined in this study are students from a variety of social groups that are found in Union of Islamic boarding school 16 Cipada as well as the leadership of pesantren and the asatidz that holds the role of each in the boarding school. This research was conducted using a qualitative approach to the methods of descriptive studies that describe the role of some social groups which students can shape the lifestyle of the members of the group. Data collection techniques in research using the method of observation, interviews, and documentation study. As well as the data analysis techniques used in the form of data reduction, the presentation of the data, and draw conclusions. The results of the research that has been done suggests that there are various types of boarding students in social groups ranging from the formal to the informal group with a wide range of its activities. The interaction process is run the students progress by showing a dynamic associative or dissosiative side in the group. The formation of the students more lifestyle due to the role of the social group as either a positive or a negative. Social groups the students are able to form a good lifestyle in essence they could absorb fully what being a boarding provision as well as self awareness as a social group, while the students students who are not able to form a good lifestyle and right basically because the role of the social group is stronger than the education received at boarding school, so what is the boarding provisions to be applied in the life of a student is not absorbed properly. There is in fact already have systems and a good education program to educate and nurture students to fit with the vision and mission that carried by boarding.
