Abstract

Meningkatnya kasus dan penyakit mengenai kesehatan reproduksi perempuan, menunjukkan pentingnya akses edukasi yang mudah dipahami dan relevan. Media sosial seperti Instagram kini menjadi salah satu saluran informasi yang berpotensial sebagai media edukasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah konten edukasi seksual di Instagram @taulebih.id berpengaruh terhadap pengetahuan kesehatan reproduksi perempuan. Penelitian ini berfokus pada perempuan dewasa awal dan penggunaan konten edukasi Instagram untuk kesehatan reproduksi sebagai topik penelitian yang belum banyak diteliti, dan mengacu pada teori Stimulus-Organisme-Response (S-O-R) yang menjadi dasar asumsi bahwa stimulus dari konten edukasi seksual dari akun Instagram @taulebih.id dapat memengaruhi pengikut perempuan dewasa awal (organisme) dan menghasilkan respons berupa peningkatan pengetahuan kesehatan reproduksi perempuan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode korelasional. Pengambilan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada responden. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari pengikut akun Instagram @taulebih.id berusia 21-40 tahun yang dipilih melalui purposive random sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa isi pesan, struktur pesan, dan format pesan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pengetahuan kesehatan reproduksi perempuan dengan tingkat pengaruh yang sedang hingga kuat, sementara sumber pesan tidak menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan. Secara keseluruhan, konten edukasi seksual di akun Instagram @taulebih.id secara signifikan memengaruhi pengetahuan kesehatan reproduksi perempuan dalam tingkat yang cukup kuat. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya media sosial, khususnya Instagram, sebagai ruang edukasi yang relevan bagi perempuan dewasa awal dalam memahami isu kesehatan reproduksi melalui konten yang terstruktur dengan baik. The increasing prevalence of cases and diseases related to women’s reproductive health highlights the importance of accessible, comprehensible, and relevant education. Social media platforms such as Instagram have become potential channels for educational content. This study aims to examine whether sexual education content on the Instagram account @taulebih.id influences women’s knowledge of reproductive health. The research focuses on early adult women and the use of Instagram-based educational content on reproductive health as a relatively underexplored topic. The study applies the Stimulus-Organism-Response (S-O-R) theory, which assumes that stimuli in the form of sexual education content from @taulebih.id can influence early adult female followers (organism) and generate responses in the form of increased knowledge about reproductive health. This research employed a quantitative approach with a correlational method, using questionnaires distributed to respondents. The sample consisted of @taulebih.id followers aged 21–40 years, selected through purposive random sampling. The results indicate that message content, message structure, and message format significantly affect women’s knowledge of reproductive health with moderate to strong levels of influence, while message source does not show a significant effect. Overall, sexual education content on the Instagram account @taulebih.id significantly enhances women’s knowledge of reproductive health at a relatively strong level. These findings emphasize the importance of social media, particularly Instagram, as a relevant educational space for early adult women to understand reproductive health issues through well-structured content.
