    Abstract

    Tingginya angka pengangguran di Indonesia, khususnya yang berasal dari lulusan Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK), menunjukkan adanya permasalahan dalam hal kesiapan siswa menghadapi dunia kerja. Salah satu alternatif solusi adalah menumbuhkan minat berwirausaha sejak dini. Namun, rendahnya minat berwirausaha pada siswa SMK masih menjadi tantangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran tingkat entrepreneurial self-efficacy dan minat berwirausaha serta mengkaji pengaruh entrepreneurial self-efficacy terhadap minat berwirausaha siswa SMK Negeri 5 Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian asosiatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa Teknik Konstruksi dan Perumahan (TKP) di SMK Negeri 5 Bandung, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 63 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen kuesioner, dan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa siswa memiliki tingkat entrepreneurial self-efficacy yang tinggi dan minat berwirausaha yang tinggi. Selain itu, terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara entrepreneurial self-efficacy terhadap minat berwirausaha siswa SMK Negeri 5 Bandung dengan persamaan regresi yaitu Ŷ = 21,699 + 0,566X. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa keyakinan siswa terhadap kemampuan kewirausahaannya berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan minat mereka untuk berwirausaha. The high unemployment rate in Indonesia, especially among vocational high school (SMK) graduates, indicates a problem in terms of students' readiness for the workforce. One alternative solution is to foster an interest in entrepreneurship from an early age. However, the low level of interest in entrepreneurship among SMK students remains a challenge. This study aims to determine the level of entrepreneurial self-efficacy and interest in entrepreneurship among students at SMK Negeri 5 Bandung and to examine the influence of entrepreneurial self-efficacy on their interest in entrepreneurship. This study uses a quantitative approach with an associative research design. The population in this study was students majoring in Construction and Housing Engineering (TKP) at SMK Negeri 5 Bandung, with a sample size of 63 students. Data collection techniques used questionnaires, and the data analysis technique used was simple linear regression. The results of the study showed that students had high levels of entrepreneurial self-efficacy and high interest in entrepreneurship. Additionally, there is a positive and significant influence between entrepreneurial self-efficacy and entrepreneurial interest among students of SMK Negeri 5 Bandung, with the regression equation being Ŷ = 21.699 + 0.566X. Thus, it can be concluded that students' confidence in their entrepreneurial abilities contributes to an increase in their interest in entrepreneurship.
