    Abstract

    Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT Telkom Satelit Indonesia. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini yaitu efektivitas pengelolaan dokumen. Pada penelitian ini menkaji 2 variabel, diantaranya Penerapan Arsip Elektronik yang berbasis Cloud Computing sebagai variabel X dan efektivitas pengelolaan dokumen sebagai variabel Y. tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui gambaran efektivitas penerapan arsip elektronik berbasis cloud computing. dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan arsip elektronik berbasis cloud computing terhadap efektivitas pengelolaan dokumen. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah survey-explanatory, dengan pengumpulan data melalui angket yang disebarkan kepada 30 karyawan unit Revenue Assurance dan Billing Collection. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu regresi sederhana. Berdasarkan analisis pada hasil penelitian, diperoleh hasil: (1) gambaran penerapan arsip elektronik berbasis cloud computing berada pada kategori “Sangat Tinggi”. (2) gambaran efektivitas pengelolaan dokumen berada pada kategori “efektif”. Hasil dari uji hipotesis bahwa penerapan arsip elektronik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap efektivitas pengelolaan dokumen. Hal ini menunjukkan semakin baik penerapan arsip elektronik, maka akan semakin meningkat efektivitas pengelolaan dokumen organisasi tersebut. This research was conducted at PT Telkom Satelit Indonesia. The main issue addressed in this study is the effectiveness of document management. The research examines two variables: the implementation of cloud computing-based electronic records (independent variable/X) and the effectiveness of document management (dependent variable/Y). The objective of this study is to analyze the implementation of cloud-based electronic records and to determine its influence on the effectiveness of document management.The method used in this research is a survey-explanatory approach, with data collected through questionnaires distributed to 30 employees in the Revenue Assurance and Billing Collection unit. The data were analyzed using simple linear regression. The research findings indicate: (1) the implementation of cloud computing-based electronic records is categorized as "Very High"; (2) the effectiveness of document management is categorized as "Effective." The hypothesis testing results show that the implementation of electronic records has a positive and significant influence on document management effectiveness. This indicates that the better the implementation of electronic records, the more effective the organization's document management becomes.
