Abstract
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh permasalahan rendahnya kepuasan kerja yang terjadi di Divisi Project Deployment Center PT Len Industri (Persero), yang ditunjukkan melalui peningkatan jumlah pengunduran diri, keterlambatan karyawan, dan banyaknya keluhan yang dilayangkan karyawan. Apabila hal tersebut dibiarkan, maka akan berdampak negatif bagi keberlanjutan perusahaan. Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi dan iklim organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan dengan menggunakan teori perilaku organisasi model S-O-B-C dari Luthans. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan metode survei, serta teknik analisis data regresi berganda menggunakan bantuan SPSS versi 27. Data diperoleh dari kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada 125 karyawan Divisi Project Deployment Center sebagai sampel penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kesesuaian kompensasi, kondusivitas iklim organisasi, dan kepuasan kerja karyawan berada pada kategori cukup. Analisis data menujukan bahwa kompensasi dan iklim organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Temuan ini mengindikasi bahwa peningkatan kepuasan kerja perlu disertai dengan kesesuaian pemberian kompensasi serta menciptakan iklim organisasi yang kondusif. Oleh karena itu, manajemen perusahaan perlu menerapkan sistem kompensasi yang adil dan kompetitif serta membangun iklim kerja yang mendukung kinerja, loyalitas, dan pencapaian tujuan perusahaan. This research is motivated by the issue of low job satisfaction within the Project Deployment Center Division of PT Len Industri (Persero), as indicated by an increase in employee resignations, tardiness, and numerous complaints from employees. If left unaddressed, this condition may have a negative impact on the company’s sustainability. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of compensation and organizational climate on employee job satisfaction by applying Luthans’ S-O-B-C organizational behavior model. This research employs a quantitative approach using a survey method, with multiple regression analysis conducted through SPSS version 27. Data were obtained from questionnaires distributed to 125 employees of the Project Deployment Center Division as the research sample. The findings reveal that the levels of compensation suitability, organizational climate conduciveness, and employee job satisfaction are categorized as moderate. The results also indicate that compensation and organizational climate have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, both partially and simultaneously. These findings suggest that increasing job satisfaction requires providing fair and competitive compensation as well as fostering a conducive organizational climate. Therefore, the company’s management should implement a fair and competitive compensation system and build a work environment that supports performance, loyalty, and the achievement of organizational goals.
