Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji efektivitas Inkubator Bisnis pada Program Gerakan Nasional 1000 Startup Digital di Provinsi Jawa Barat yang merupakan bagian dari inisiatif Kementerian Komunikasi dan Informatika yang terintegrasi dalam Program MSIB Batch 6. Program ini dirancang untuk membangun ekosistem startup digital yang inklusif, kolaboratif, dan berkelanjutan melalui serangkaian pembelajaran terstruktur, pendampingan, dan mentoring oleh praktisi berpengalaman. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik survei terhadap 50 peserta program yang terdiri dari peran Hustler, Hipster, dan Hacker. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah kuesioner skala likert dengan 12 indikator dari variabel efektivitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Inkubator Bisnis pada Program Gerakan Nasional 1000 Startup Digital di Provinsi Jawa Barat efektif dengan capaian sekitar 80% dan termasuk kategori tinggi. Hal ini sejalan dengan kebanyakan indikator berada pada kategori tinggi, sedangkan ketepatan waktu pelaksanaan dan pendekatan sasaran berada pada kategori sedang. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa inkubator bisnis pada Gerakan Nasional 1000 Startup Digital terbukti efektif dalam membantu menciptakan wirausaha, sekaligus menjawab tantangan necessary entrepreneurship dan meningkatkan penguatan pengetahuan kewirausahaan. This study examines the effectiveness of the Business Incubator in the National Movement of 1000 Digital Startups Program in West Java Province, which is part of the Ministry of Communication and Informatics initiative integrated into the MSIB Batch 6 Program. The program is designed to build an inclusive, collaborative, and sustainable digital startup ecosystem through a series of structured learning sessions, assistance, and mentoring by experienced practitioners. This research employs a descriptive method with a quantitative approach, using a survey technique on 50 program participants consisting of Hustlers, Hipsters, and Hackers. The instrument used is a Likert scale questionnaire with 12 indicators of the effectiveness variable. The results indicate that the Business Incubator in the National Movement of 1000 Digital Startups Program in West Java Province is effective, achieving approximately 80% and classified in the high category. This finding is consistent with most indicators being in the high category, while timeliness of implementation and target approach fall into the medium category. These results affirm that the business incubator within the National Movement of 1000 Digital Startups has proven effective in fostering entrepreneurship, addressing the challenge of necessary entrepreneurship, and strengthening entrepreneurial knowledge.
