    Abstract

    Fasilitator teknis lapangan sebagai salah satu capaian profil lulusan dari Program Studi Pendidikan Teknik Arsitektur UPI merupakan tenaga kerja yang kompetensinya telah terstandardisasi dalam SKKNI No. 260 tahun 2018. Salah satu unit kompetensi yang memiliki relevansi dengan pengalaman belajar mahasiswa Pendidikan Teknik Arsitektur UPI adalah unit kompetensi menyusun rencana konstruksi sarana prasarana infrastruktur berbasis masyarakat. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana capaian kemampuan kognitif mahasiswa dalam unit kompetensi tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan teknik pengolahan data melalui Penilaian Acuan Patokan (PAP) yang mengacu pada standar nilai di Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa capaian kemampuan mahasiswa secara keseluruhan berada pada kategori baik. Indikator dengan capaian tinggi umumnya didukung oleh integrasi yang efektif antara pembelajaran teoretis dan praktik dalam proses perkuliahan. Sebaliknya, capaian rendah ditemukan pada indikator yang belum sepenuhnya terintegrasi dalam pembelajaran. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya pengintegrasian indikator-indikator kemampuan menyusun rencana konstruksi sarana prasarana infrastruktur berbasis masyarakat ke dalam kurikulum pembelajaran. Hal ini dapat dilaksanakan melalui kegiatan pendampingan masyarakat dengan luaran yang mencakup seluruh capaian indikator seperti data informasi, perencanaan konstruksi, jadwal kerja, pengadaan alat dan bahan, serta anggaran biaya. Field technical facilitators as one of the achievements of the graduate profile of the UPI Architectural Engineering Education Study Program are workers whose competencies have been standardized in SKKNI No. 260 of 2018. One of the units of competency that has relevance to student learning experience is the unit of competency in preparing construction plans for community-based infrastructure facilities. The purpose of this study was to determine how the achievement of cognitive abilities of UPI Architectural Engineering Education students in the unit of competency. This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach with data processing techniques through Criterion Referenced Evaluation (CRE) which refers to the standard value at the University of Education Indonesia. The results showed that the overall achievement of student abilities was in the good category. Indicators with high achievements are generally supported by effective integration between theoretical and practical learning in the lecture process. In contrast, low achievements were found in indicators that had not been fully integrated in learning. This finding emphasizes the importance of integrating the indicators of the ability to develop construction plans for community-based infrastructure facilities into the learning curriculum. This can be done through community mentoring activities with outputs that include all indicator achievements such as information data, construction planning, work schedules, procurement, and management.
