Abstract
Penurunan jumlah usaha mikro di Kecamatan Cilengkrang menandakan adanya tantangan serius dalam mempertahankan dan mengembangkan usaha, yang salah satunya diduga berasal dari rendahnya mindset entrepreneur para pelaku usaha. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh mindset entrepreneur terhadap keberhasilan usaha mikro di Kecamatan Cilengkrang serta mengidentifikasi dimensi mindset yang paling dominan dalam mendorong keberhasilan tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif dan verifikatif. Desain penelitian bersifat kausal, dengan tujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh antara variabel bebas (mindset entrepreneur) terhadap variabel terikat (keberhasilan usaha). Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pelaku usaha mikro di Kecamatan Cilengkrang dengan sampel sebanyak 82 unit usaha mikro. Unit analisis yang digunakan adalah individu pemilik atau pengelola usaha. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 82 responden. Teknik analisis data dilakukan melalui analisis deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, uji korelasi, regresi linier sederhana, dan uji t (parsial), dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mindset entrepreneur berpengaruh terhadap keberhasilan usaha mikro di Kecamatan Cilengkrang. The decline in the number of micro-enterprises in Cilengkrang District indicates a serious challenge in sustaining and developing businesses, which is suspected to be partly caused by the low entrepreneurial mindset of business owners. This study aims to examine the influence of the entrepreneurial mindset on the success of micro-enterprises in Cilengkrang District and to identify the most dominant mindset dimension that drives such success. The research method employed was a quantitative approach with descriptive and verificative types of research. The research design was causal, with the objective of analyzing the effect of the independent variable (entrepreneurial mindset) on the dependent variable (business success). The sample of this study consisted of 82 micro-enterprises in Cilengkrang District. The unit of analysis was the individual business owner or manager. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, with a total of 82 respondents. Data analysis techniques included descriptive analysis, classical assumption tests, correlation tests, simple linear regression, and partial t-tests, assisted by SPSS software. The findings indicate that the entrepreneurial mindset significantly influences the success of micro-enterprises in Cilengkrang District.
