    Abstract

    Toko Find Mine Fine Mind (FM Store) menghadapi tantangan pada proses stock opname yang menyebabkan gangguan pada jam operasional dan meningkatnya selisih antara jumlah stok fisik dan catatan sistem, sehingga berpotensi mengakibatkan kerugian bagi perusahaan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan perancangan sistem pencatatan stock opname berbasis web yang layak untuk pengelolaan detail informasi stok barang serta penyediaan formulir dan laporan untuk proses stock opname, dan mengetahui efektivitas waktu pengerjaan stock opname dan akurasi data dari penggunaan sistem yang dirancang. Metode pengembangan sistem yang diterapkan merupakan metode waterfall, dengan penggunaan bahasa PHP, MySQL sebagai basis data, dan XAMPP sebagai server lokal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sistem pencatatan stock opname yang dirancang layak untuk mengelola data stok barang maupun untuk melaksanakan proses stock opname hingga pembuatan laporan. Melalui pengujian, sistem ini terbukti efektif untuk waktu pengerjaan stock opname dengan mengurangi langkah kerja, serta memperbaiki akurasi data dengan menghilangkan proses transkripsi dan menerapkan koreksi stok otomatis. Find Mine Fine Mind Store (FM Store) faces issues in the stock-opname process that cause disruptions in operational hours and an increase in the inaccuracy between the physical stock and data records, which could potentially lead to losses for the store. The purpose of this research is to design a web-based stock-opname recording system that is eligible for manage stock information as well as to provide forms and reports for the stock-opname process, and to find out the effectiveness of stock-opname work hours and data accuracy from the use of the designed systemThe system development method applied is the waterfall method, using the PHP language, MySQL as a database, and XAMPP as a local server. The results showed that the designed stock-opname recording system is eligible to manage stock data and to perform the stock-opname process up to report generation. Through testing, this system is proven to be effective for stock-opname processing time by reducing work steps, as well as improving data accuracy by eliminating the transcription process and implementing automatic stock correction.
