    Abstract

    Penelitian ini mengkaji mengenai mutu, sarana dan prasarana, serta pengaruhnya terhadap kepuasan peserta diklat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran dan mengetahui sejauh mana pengaruh mutu sarana dan prasarana terhadap kepuasan peserta diklat. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada peserta diklat yang mengikuti program pelatihan di BBPPMPV BMTI dengan teknik pengambilan sampel secara proporsional. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan bantuan perangkat lunak statistik untuk menguji validitas, reliabilitas, normalitas, linearitas, serta hubungan dan pengaruh antarvariabel.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mutu sarana dan prasarana di BBPPMPV BMTI berada pada kategori baik dan memiliki pengaruh yang positif serta signifikan terhadap kepuasan peserta diklat. Fasilitas yang terawat, bersih, dan memadai memberikan kontribusi besar terhadap kenyamanan dan kepuasan peserta. Namun, aspek aksesibilitas dan pelayanan masih memerlukan peningkatan agar mampu mendukung proses pembelajaran secara optimal. Kesimpulannya, peningkatan kualitas sarana dan prasarana akan berdampak langsung pada peningkatan kepuasan peserta diklat. This study examines the influence of facilities and infrastructure quality on the satisfaction of training participants at BBPPMPV BMTI. The research aims to describe and analyze the extent to which facilities and infrastructure affect participant satisfaction. The method used was descriptive with a quantitative approach. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to training participants using proportional sampling. Statistical software was employed to test the validity, reliability, normality, linearity, and the relationship between variables. The findings indicate that the quality of facilities and infrastructure is generally in the good category and significantly influences participant satisfaction. Well-maintained, clean, and adequate facilities contribute greatly to the comfort and satisfaction of participants. However, aspects related to accessibility and services require further improvement to optimally support the learning process. In conclusion, improving the quality of facilities and infrastructure has a direct and positive impact on enhancing the satisfaction of training participants.
