    Abstract

    Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya kemampuan literasi membaca anggota Nasyiatul Aisyiyah. Literasi membaca merupakan fondasi penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas intelektual dan partisipasi aktif anggota dalam kegiatan organisasi, serta berperan strategis dalam dakwah dan pemberdayaan masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan menghasilkan model pelatihan literasi membaca berancangan konsep Islam Berkemajuan. Kajian teori dalam penelitian ini mengacu pada tiga teori utama yaitu model pelatihan, literasi membaca, dan konsep Islam Berkemajuan. Metode yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan 4D (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate). Sumber data adalah 210 anggota Nasyiatul Aisyiyah di Kabupaten Bogor. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, angket, wawancara, tes, FGD, dan dokumentasi. Penelitian berlangsung selama delapan bulan, dari Juli 2024 hingga Februari 2025. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model pelatihan yang dikembangkan dinilai layak dan efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan literasi membaca anggota Nasyiatul Aisyiyah di Kabupaten Bogor. Model ini menghasilkan sintaks READ (Recognize Knowledge, Engage with Text, Analyze and Reflect, Develop Action). Implikasi penelitian ini adalah bahwa model READ memperkaya literatur literasi membaca berancangan konsep Islam Berkemajuan dan dapat diadopsi oleh organisasi perempuan Islam untuk penguatan literasi dan dakwah. Abstract This research is motivated by the low reading literacy ability of Nasyiatul Aisyiyah members. Reading literacy is an important foundation in improving the intellectual quality and active participation of members in organizational activities, as well as playing a strategic role in da'wah and community empowerment. This research aims to produce a reading literacy training model designed by the concept of Progressive Islam. The theoretical study in this study refers to three main theories, namely the training model, reading literacy, and the concept of Progressive Islam. The method used is Research and Development (R&D) with a 4D (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate) development model. The data source is 210 members of Nasyiatul Aisyiyah in Bogor Regency. Data collection techniques are in the form of observation, questionnaires, interviews, tests, FGDs, and documentation. The study lasted for eight months, from July 2024 to February 2025. The results of the study show that the training model developed is considered feasible and effective in improving the reading literacy skills of Nasyiatul Aisyiyah members in Bogor Regency. This model generates the READ (Recognize Knowledge, Engage with Text, Analyze and Reflect, Develop Action) syntax. The implication of this study is that the READ model enriches the reading literacy literature designed by the concept of Progressive Islam and can be adopted by Islamic women's organizations to strengthen literacy and da'wah.
