Abstract
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh penggunaan strategi berbahasa pada saat berkomunikasi penderita autis cenderung berbeda dengan orang normal. Hal tersebut dipicu oleh adanya gangguan bahasa yang terjadi pada penderita autis pada saat berbahasa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan psikolinguistik. Data diperoleh dari anak autis usia 7-9 tahun yang berjumlah 3 orang. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan tiga hal berikut. Pertama, terdapat wujud verbal yang dituturkan oleh anak autis, bahwa terdapat kata, klausa, dan kalimat. Wujud verbal kata, seperti hoyong (mau), kue, mas, bu. Wujud klausa, seperti hoyong cokelat silver queen (mau cokelat silver queen). Wujud kalimat, seperti sudah, atos (sudah). Dapat disimpulkan bahwa wujud verbal yang sering dituturkan oleh anak autis berupa kata. Wujud verbal yang dituturkan anak autis cenderung sedikit, tetapi dalam tuturannya itu mengandung makna yang memiliki tujuan berkomunikasi. Bentuk verbal yang dikolaborasikan dengan perilaku non-verbal dapat dikatakan bahwa adanya penegasan pesan dan memberikan penekanan pada pesan verbal. Kedua, terdapat 5 (empat) fungsi bahasa yang sebagian besar menjadi ciri khas anak autis dalam berbahasa, yaitu fungsi instrumental, fungsi interaksional, fungsi personal, fungsi imajinatif, dan fungsi representasional. Dari kelima fungsi tersebut yang lebih mendominan adalah fungsi interaksional, fungsi instrumental, dan fungsi representasional. Ketiga, data tuturan memiliki hubungan peran antara penutur dan mitra tutur, latar, maksud serta cara. Dilihat dari hubungan tersebut ditemukan adanya strategi tidak langsung, yaitu strategi sosial. Bukti strategi sosial ini membuka saluran komunikasi dan membangun hubungan di antara anggota masyarakat lainnya. Strategi tidak langsung mendominan tuturan pada penderita autis, yaitu strategi sosial di SLB ABCDE LOB. This research motivated by the use of language strategies of autism. At the time of communicating, people with autism tend to be different from normal people. This is caused by the presence of a language disorder that occurs in people with autism. This research uses psycholinguistic approach. Data were obtained from children with autism by the age of 7-9 years, amounting to third children. The result of this research show the following three things. First of all, there is a form of verbal spoken by children with autism in the form of words, clauses, and sentences. The verbal form of a hoyong (want), kue, mas, bu. The form of such clauses hoyong coklat silver queen (wants silver queen chocolate). The form of sentences such as, sudah, atos (already). It can be concluded that the verbal form that is often spoken form of the word by children with autism. Verbal form spoken by children with autism tend to be a little, but the meaning of the utterances that have the purpose of communication. Verbal forms of collaboration with non-verbal behavior can be said that the existence assertion message and emphasize the verbal message. Secondly, there are five functions of language which most characterizes children with autism in the language, which is a function of instrumental, interactional function, personal function, the function of imaginative and representational function. Of the five functions, which are dominated more interactional function, instrumental function, and representational functions. Third, the utterances have a role relationship between speaker and hearer, background, purpose, and ways. Judging from the relationship, there was an indirect strategy, the social strategy. Evidence of this social strategy, open channels of communication and build relationships between community members not directly dominate the narrative strategies in children with autism, the social strategy in SLB ABCDE LOB.
