    Abstract

    Penelitian ini mengkaji pengaruh self efficacy terhadap motivasi siswa dalam menyelesaikan tugas di SMK Negeri 9 Garut, dengan fokus pada tugas Gambar Teknik pada program Desain Pemodelan dan Informasi Bangunan (DPIB). Tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis tingkat self efficacy siswa, mengukur motivasi siswa dalam menyelesaikan tugas, dan melihat bagaimana pengaruh self efficacy terhadap motivasi siswa dalam menyelesaikan tugas. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi dari pentingnya efikasi diri (self efficacy) sebagai salah satu faktor internal yang memengaruhi motivasi belajar siswa, terutama dalam menyelesaikan tugas. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode asosiatif. Populasi yang terlibat adalah seluruh siswa kelas X DPIB di SMKN 9 Garut pada Fase F dengan sampel berjumlah 80 siswa yang dipilih melalui teknik simple random sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) tingkat self efficacy siswa di SMK Negeri 9 Garut berada pada kategori sedang, (2) tingkat motivasi siswa dalam menyelesaikan tugas di SMK Negeri 9 Garut berada pada kategori rendah, (3) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara self efficacy dan motivasi siswa dalam menyelesaikan tugas, dengan persamaan regresi Ŷ= 16.152 + 0.677X, yang menunjukkan bahwa setiap peningkatan satu unit skor self efficacy akan meningkatkan skor motivasi siswa sebesar 0.677. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa semakin tinggi self efficacy, semakin tinggi pula motivasi siswa dalam menyelesaikan tugas. Kata Kunci: motivasi siswa, self efficacy, tugas siswa.   This study examines the influence self efficacy on students' motivation in completing assignments at SMK Negeri 9 Garut, with a focus on Engineering Drawing assignments in the Building Modeling and Information Design (DPIB) program. The main objective of this study is to analyze the level ofself efficacy students, measure students' motivation in completing assignments, and see how this influence sself efficacy on students' motivation in completing assignments. This research is motivated by the importance of self-efficacy (self efficacy) as one of the internal factors that influence students' learning motivation, especially in completing assignments. This study uses a quantitative approach with an associative method. The population involved was all grade X DPIB students at SMKN 9 Garut in Phase F with a sample of 80 students selected using a simple random sampling technique. Data were collected through a questionnaire and analyzed using descriptive statistics and regression. The results of the study show that: (1) the level of self efficacy students at SMK Negeri 9 Garut are in the medium category, (2) the level of student motivation in completing assignments at SMK Negeri 9 Garut is in the low category, (3) there is a significant influence between self efficacy and student motivation in completing tasks, with the regression equation Ŷ = 16.152 + 0.677X, which shows that every one unit increase in self efficacy score will increase student motivation score by 0.677. This finding indicates that the higher self efficacy, the higher the students' motivation in completing the task. Keywords: self efficacy, student assignments, student motivation
