    Abstract

    Pembelajaran Building Information Modeling (BIM) membutuhkan kemampuan teknis yang tinggi dan sulit diperoleh melalui metode konvensional seperti perkuliahan tatap muka. Waktu praktik yang terbatas di kelas, kurangnya teknologi bantu, dan konten kompleks yang sulit dipahami tanpa alat bantu visual merupakan beberapa tantangan yang sering dihadapi mahasiswa. Penggunaan video tutorial untuk meningkatkan keterampilan BIM mahasiswa memiliki banyak potensi. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini ditujukan untuk menilai seberapa efektif video tutorial membantu mahasiswa untuk meningkatkan keterampilan dalam mata kuliah BIM. Pemahaman tentang efektivitas ini akan memungkinkan para pendidik untuk mengevaluasi akurasi dan keberhasilan penggunaannya di kelas, sehingga mencapai tujuan pembelajaran yang diinginkan. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Terdapat 82 mahasiswa dalam sampel, dibagi menjadi dua kelas: kelas A (46 mahasiswa) sebagai kelompok eksperimen, dan kelas B (36 mahasiswa) sebagai kelompok kontrol. Kuesioner tentang pendapat mahasiswa terhadap media video tutorial serta soal pretest dan posttest membuat Gambar Struktur Gedung C FPTI UPI merupakan beberapa alat bantu penelitian. Penilaian ahli digunakan untuk mengevaluasi kelayakan video tutorial, dan hasilnya dianggap layak tanpa revisi. Uji validitas, uji normalitas, uji hipotesis, dan uji N-Gain merupakan beberapa metode analisis data yang digunakan. Temuan tersebut menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media video tutorial secara signifikan meningkatkan keterampilan mahasiswa pada mata kuliah BIM. Building Information Modeling (BIM) learning requires high technical skills and is difficult to achieve through conventional methods such as face-to-face lectures. Limited classroom practice time, lack of assistive technology, and complex content that is difficult to understand without visual aids are some of the challenges students often face. The use of video tutorials to improve students' BIM skills has great potential. Therefore, this study aims to assess how effective video tutorials are in helping students improve their skills in BIM courses. Understanding this effectiveness will enable educators to evaluate the accuracy and success of their use in the classroom, thereby achieving the desired learning objectives. This study used a quantitative approach with a Nonequivalent Control Group Design. There were 82 students in the sample, divided into two classes: class A (46 students) as the experimental group, and class B (36 students) as the control group. A questionnaire about students' opinions on video tutorial media as well as pretest and posttest questions on creating Building Structure Drawings C FPTI UPI were some of the research tools. Expert judgment was used to evaluate the feasibility of the video tutorial, and the results were deemed feasible without revision. Validity tests, normality tests, hypothesis tests, and N-Gain tests were some of the data analysis methods used. The findings show that the use of video tutorial media significantly improves students' skills in the BIM course.
