Abstract

Gerak merupakan salah satu kebutuhan yang harus dipenuhi dalam kehidupan manusia, untuk menunjang hal tersebut pemerintah kota Bandung menyelengarakan kegiatan Car fee day yang yang bertujuan memberikan ruang bagi masyarakat untuk bergerak lebih aktif. Tujuan utamanya sebagai cara untuk mengurangi dampak paparan polusi udara di kota Bandung. Berbagai golongan masyarakat mendatangi kawasan car free day mulai dari masyarakat remaja, dewasa hingga manula, dengan berbagai motivasi yang mendasari mereka untuk mendatangi kawasan car free day. Dengan megetahui motivasi yang mendasari masyarakat untuk mengikuti program car free day diharapkan dapat menjadi masukan untuk perbaikan penyelenggaraan car free day di kota Bandung. Studi deskriptif ini dilakukan kepada 120 orang sampel masyarakat yang mengikuti car free day di kawasan Jl.Ir H. Juanda, dengan menggunakan teknik sampel kuota, yani masing-masing tingkatan usia sebanyak 40 orang sampel. Dari hasil pengolahan data ditemukan motivasi masyarakat yang mengikuti program car free day memiliki besaran motivasi yang berbeda. Motivasi tertinggi masyarakat remaja adalah 85% pada sub variabel rasa aman, motivasi tertinggi masyarakat dewasaadalah 82,8% pada sub variabel aktualisasi diri, sedangkan motivasi tertinggi masyarakat manula adalah 90,8% pada sub variabel fisiologi.

Motion is one of the requirements that must be met in human life, to support this city government organizes Car Free Day activities that are aimed at providing a space for people to move more actively. The ultimate goal as a way to reduce the impact of exposure to air pollution in the city. Various groups of people came to the area of car free day from the public adolescents, adults to seniors, with various motivations that underlie them to come to the area of car free day. With the motivation underlying megetahui community to follow the car free day program is expected to be input for improvement of the implementation of car free day in the city. Descriptive study was conducted on 120 samples of people who follow the car free day in the Jl.Ir H. Juanda, using quota sampling technique, minister to each age level as many as 40 samples. From the data processing found the motivation of people who followed the car free day program has a different amount of motivation. The highest motivation teen community is 85% in sub-variables sense of security, the highest motivation community dewasaadalah 82.8% in sub-variables of self-actualization, while the highest motivation elderly community was 90.8% in the sub-variables physiology.
