Abstract
Penelitian ini mengkaji peran akun Instagram @keluarga.sigap dalam memenuhi kebutuhan informasi pengasuhan ibu milenial dengan anak usia 0–3 tahun. Berangkat dari pemahaman bahwa media sosial kini menjadi sumber informasi pengasuhan yang signifikan, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami bagaimana akun @keluarga.sigap memenuhi kebutuhan tersebut serta mengidentifikasi aspek-aspek yang relevan bagi para ibu milenial. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis isi kualitatif. Teknik analisis konten dilakukan melalui serangkaian tahapan, yaitu unitizing, sampling, recording, reducing, abductively, inferring, dan narrating. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi konten akun @keluarga.sigap selama periode Desember 2023 hingga Januari 2025. Dari 98 konten yang ditemukan, sebanyak 10 unggahan yang secara spesifik bertema informasi pengasuhan dijadikan objek analisis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konten yang disajikan oleh @keluarga.sigap sangat relevan dan kredibel. Relevansi konten terlihat dari kemampuannya dalam menjawab permasalahan pengasuhan sehari-hari, seperti tips menghadapi anak rewel. Kredibilitasnya diperkuat melalui kolaborasi dengan para ahli. Selain itu, akun ini juga berhasil menyediakan dukungan afektif melalui konten motivasi serta memfasilitasi integrasi sosial melalui ruang interaksi di kolom komentar dan sesi langsung dengan para ahli. Aspek hiburan juga terpenuhi melalui konten interaktif seperti kuis yang dapat mengurangi stres. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa akun Instagram @keluarga.sigap efektif dalam menyediakan sumber informasi pengasuhan yang komprehensif, terpercaya, dan relevan. Namun demikian, orang tua disarankan untuk membandingkan informasi yang diperoleh dari media sosial dengan sumber tepercaya, seperti profesional medis atau ahli. Selain itu, pemanfaatan fitur interaktif yang tersedia di platform tersebut dapat memfasilitasi pembentukan komunitas dan jaringan dukungan sosial yang konstruktif di antara sesama orang tua. This study examines the role of the Instagram account @keluarga.sigap in meeting the information needs of millennial mothers with children aged 0–3 years. Based on the understanding that social media has become a significant source of parenting information, this study aims to understand how the @keluarga.sigap account meets these needs and to identify aspects that are relevant to millennial mothers. This study uses qualitative content analysis. Content analysis techniques were carried out through a series of stages, namely unitizing, sampling, recording, reducing, abductively, inferring, and narrating. Data were collected through observation of the @keluarga.sigap account content during the period from December 2023 to January 2025. Of the 98 pieces of content found, 10 posts specifically themed around parenting information were used as the object of analysis. The results of the study show that the content presented by @keluarga.sigap is highly relevant and credible. The relevance of the content is evident in its ability to address everyday parenting issues, such as tips for dealing with fussy children. Its credibility is reinforced through collaboration with experts. In addition, this account also successfully provides emotional support through motivational content and facilitates social integration through interaction in the comments section and live sessions with experts. The entertainment aspect is also fulfilled through interactive content such as quizzes that can reduce stress. Thus, it can be concluded that the Instagram account @keluarga.sigap is effective in providing comprehensive, reliable, and relevant parenting information. However, parents are advised to compare information obtained from social media with reliable sources, such as medical professionals or experts. Additionally, utilizing the interactive features available on the platform can facilitate the formation of communities and constructive social support networks among fellow parents.
