Abstract
Media pembelajaran yang efektif dapat mendukung kegiatan pembelajaran salah satunya dengan e-modul. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelayakan e-modul, mengetahui hasil belajar ranah kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotorik, serta mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar setelah menggunakan e-modul, dan mengetahui hasil produk selai nanas. Pengembangan e-modul pembuatan selai nanas menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan model ADDIE dan diterapkan menggunakan Quasi-eksperimental. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 28 peserta didik kelas XI APHP 1 SMK Negeri 1 Kuningan yang dibagi menjadi kelompok kontrol dan kelompok eksperimen. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa e-modul pembuatan selai nanas dinyatakan “Sangat Layak” oleh ahli materi, ahli media, ahli bahasa, dan respon peserta didik. Hasil belajar kognitif kelompok ekperimen dapat meningkat dengan hasil N-Gain kategori “tinggi” sedangkan kelompok kontrol mendapat nilai N-Gain kategori “rendah”. Hasil belajar ranah afektif dan psikomotorik kedua kelompok mendapat kategori “sangat baik. Kelompok kontrol dan kelompok eksperimen pada ranah kognitif dan afektif menunjukan terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan, sedangkan pada ranah psikomotorik disajikan dengan deskriptif untuk menggambarkan keterampilan peserta didik selama praktikum pembuatan. Produk selai nanas yang dihasilkan oleh kelompok eksperimen memiliki karakteristik organoleptik berikut (1) berwarna kuning keemasan & kuning kecoklatan; (2) aroma khas nanas; (3) kental menggumpal & karamel; (4) rasa manis khas buah nanas & manis gula (5) kenampakan berbuih & tidak jernih. Produk selai nanas yang dihasilkan oleh kelompok kontrol memiliki karakteristik organoleptik berikut (1) berwarna kuning keemasan; (2) aroma khas nanas; (3) kental dan memiliki daya oles yang baik; (4) rasa manis khas buah nanas; (5) kenampakan jernih dan transparan. Effective learning media can support learning activities, one of which is through e-modules. This study aims to determine the feasibility of e-modules, assess learning outcomes in the cognitive, affective, and psychomotor domains, identify differences in learning outcomes after using e-modules, and evaluate the results of pineapple jam production. The development of the e-module for making pineapple jam utilized the Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE model and was implemented using a quasi-experimental design. The research sample consisted of 28 students from class XI APHP 1 at SMK Negeri 1 Kuningan, divided into a control group and an experimental group. The research results showed that the e-module for making pineapple jam was deemed “Very Suitable” by subject matter experts, media experts, language experts, and student responses. The cognitive learning outcomes of the experimental group improved with an N-Gain score in the ‘high’ category, while the control group received an N-Gain score in the “low” category. The affective and psychomotor learning outcomes of both groups were categorized as “very good.” The control group and experimental group showed significant differences in the cognitive and affective domains, while the psychomotor domain was described descriptively to illustrate the students' skills during the jam-making practical session. The pineapple jam produced by the experimental group had the following organoleptic characteristics: (1) golden yellow and brownish yellow color; (2) distinctive pineapple aroma; (3) thick and caramel-like consistency; (4) distinctive sweet taste of pineapple and sugar; (5) foamy and cloudy appearance. The pineapple jam produced by the control group has the following organoleptic characteristics: (1) golden yellow color; (2) characteristic pineapple aroma; (3) thick and has good spreadability; (4) characteristic sweet taste of pineapple; (5) clear and transparent appearance.
