Abstract
Turunnya jumlah usaha mikro pada Kecamatan Cimenyan pada tahun 2023 menunjukan adanya masalah terhadap ketahanan usaha mikro di kecamatan tersebut. Salah satu strategi yang digunakan untuk mengatasi hal ini adalah melalui kemampuan kewirausahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh keterampilan usaha terhadap ketahanan usaha mikro di Kecamatan Cimenyan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif dan verifikatif menggunakan teknik explanatory survey. Unit penelitiannya adalah pelaku usaha mikro di Kecamatan Cimenyan dengan jumlah populasi sebanyan 977 dan sampel sebanyak 88 responden yang merupakan pelaku usaha mikro di Kecamatan Cimenyan, menjalankan usahanya tanpa pegawai, sudah beropeasi lebih dari 3 tahun dan pernah menghadapi kondisi kritis seperti pandemic ataupun kenaikan harga barang, dengan teknik non probability sampling yaitu purposive sampling. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) dengan regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian pengaruh keterampilan usaha berpengaruh terhadap ketahanan usaha mikro di Kecamatan Cimenyan, dengan kontribusi terbesar pada kemampuan teknikal. The decline in the number of micro enterprises in Cimenyan District in 2023 indicates a problem with the resilience of micro enterprises in the district. One strategy used to address this issue is through entrepreneurial capabilities. This study aims to analyze the influence of business skills on the resilience of micro enterprises in Cimenyan District. The research employs descriptive and verificative methods using the explanatory survey technique. The unit of analysis is micro business owners in Cimenyan District, with a population of 977 and a sample of 88 respondents who are micro business owners operating without employees, have been in operation for more than three years, and have experienced critical conditions such as the pandemic or rising commodity prices. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling, specifically purposive sampling. Data analysis was conducted using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) with simple regression. The findings show that business skills have an influence on the resilience of micro enterprises in Cimenyan District, with the greatest contribution coming from technical skills.
