    Abstract

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor kepuasan wisatawan berdasarkan implementasi Sapta Pesona di Gunung Tangkuban Parahu, Jawa Barat. Sapta Pesona yang terdiri dari unsur aman, tertib, bersih, sejuk, indah, ramah, dan kenangan merupakan komponen penting dalam menciptakan lingkungan wisata yang menarik dan memuaskan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode analisis faktor. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner dengan skala Likert yang disebarkan kepada 154 responden yang pernah mengunjungi Gunung Tangkuban Parahu. Teknik analisis yang digunakan meliputi uji validitas, realibilitas, serta Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor dominan dari kepuasan wisatawan berdasarkan implementasi Sapta Pesona. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat emapt faktor utama dari unsur Sapta Pesona yang memiliki nilai eigenvalue tinggi dan signifikan dalam membentuk kepuasan wisatawan. Dalam dominasi ke empat faktor tesebut, terdapat faktor Refreshing Atmosphere yang mendominasi, namun pada faktor Attraction Uniqueness yang memiliki nilai eigenvalue lebih rendah dibanding faktor lainnya. Kata Kunci: Sapta Pesona, Kepuasan Wisatawan, Gunung Tangkuban Parahu, EFA This study aims to analyze the factors influencing tourist satisfaction based on the implementasi of Sapta Pesona at Gunung Tangkuban parahu, West Java. Sapta Pesona, which consists of the elements of safety, orderliness, cleanliness, coolness, beauty, hospitality, and memories, is a crucial component in creating an attractive and satisfying tourism environment. This research uses a quantitative approach with factor analysis methods, data was collected through a Likert-scale questionnaire distributed to 154 respondents who had visited TWA Gunung Tangkuban Parahu. The analysis techniques used include validity and realibility test, as well as Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) to identify the dominant factors in the implementation of Sapta Pesona. The results of the study indicate that are four main factors from the elements of Sapta Pesona that have high eigenvalues and are significant in shaping tourist satisfaction. Among these fpur factors, the “Refreshing Atmosphere” factor dominates, while the “Attraction Uniqueness” factor has a lower eigenvalue compared to the others.
