    Abstract

    Tujuan penelitian ini menguji pengaruh suplementasi 70 ml madu yang dilarutkan dalam 250 mililiter air 90 menit sebelum latihan tahap persiapan khusus terhadap kadar asam laktat dan performa biomotorik (kecepatan, daya ledak, kelincahan) pada siswa ekstrakurikuler futsal SMA Negeri 2 Majalaya. Latar belakang penelitian didasarkan pada kebutuhan akan strategi pemulihan yang efektif guna mengoptimalkan performa atlet sekolah, mengingat tingginya tuntutan fisik dalam olahraga futsal yang memerlukan daya tahan, kecepatan, kekuatan, dan kelincahan. Metode yang digunakan berupa experiment design pretest-posttest control group, melibatkan 20 sampel yang di bagi secara acak (random sampling), kelompok eksperimen (n=10; menerima madu sebelum 12 sesi latihan intensitas tinggi) dan kelompok kontrol (n=10; tanpa suplementasi). Pengukuran variabel dilakukan menggunakan Accutrend Lactate (asam laktat), Sprint 30m (kecepatan), Standing Long Jump (daya ledak), Illinois Agility Run Agility Run (kelincahan). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian madu sebelum latihan tahap persiapan khusus menurunkan kadar asam laktat secara signifikan pada kelompok eksperimen (selisih rata-rata 1,94; p = 0,000) dibandingkan kelompok kontrol (selisih rata-rata -0,35; p = 0,635), meningkatkan kecepatan (selisih rata-rata 0,187; p = 0,000) dan kelincahan (selisih rata-rata 0,823; p = 0,000), namun tidak memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap daya ledak (p > 0,05 pada kedua kelompok). Simpulan penelitian ini adalah bahwa pemberian madu sebelum latihan efektif menurunkan kadar asam laktat serta meningkatkan kecepatan dan kelincahan atlet secara signifikan, tetapi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap daya ledak This study aimed to examine the effect of 70 ml honey supplementing dissolved in 250 mililiters of water administered 90 minutes before special preparation phase training on blood lactate levels and biomotor performance (speed, explosive power, agility) among extracurricular futsal students at SMA Negeri 2 Majalaya. The research was grounded in the need for effective recovery strategies to optimize school athletes' performance, considering the high physical demands of futsal requiring endurance, speed, strength, and agility. A pretest-posttest control group experimental design was employed, involving 20 participants randomly divided into an experimental group (n=10; receiving honey before 12 high-intensity training sessions) and a control group (n=10; without supplementation). Variables were measured using Accutrend Lactate (lactic acid), 30m Sprint (speed), Standing Long Jump (explosive power), and Illinois Agility Run Agility Run (agility). The research results demonstrate that honey supplementation prior to specific preparation phase training significantly decreased lactic acid levels in the experimental group (mean difference = 1.94; p = 0.000) compared to the control group (mean difference = 0.35; p = 0.635). It also enhanced speed (mean difference = 0.187; p = 0.000) and agility (mean difference = 0.823; p = 0.000). However, no significant effect was observed on explosive power (p > 0.05 in both groups). The study concludes that pre-training honey administration effectively reduces lactic acid levels and significantly improves athletes' speed and agility, but does not significantly influence explosive power.
