    Abstract

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh variabel attraction (daya tarik), accessibility (aksesibilitas), dan amenities (fasilitas penunjang) terhadap minat berkunjung kembali wisatawan ke destinasi wisata alam Stone Garden Citatah, Kabupaten Bandung Barat. Permasalahan penelitian dilatarbelakangi oleh kebutuhan untuk meningkatkan loyalitas pengunjung dan kualitas pengalaman wisatawan di tengah variasi kunjungan dan umpan balik terkait atraksi, akses, dan fasilitas. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif verifikatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara purposive sampling terhadap 100 responden yang pernah berkunjung ke Stone Garden Citatah. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda, serta uji signifikansi parsial (uji t) dan simultan (uji F). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, ketiga variabel independent atraksi, aksesibilitas, dan amenitas memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat berkunjung kembali, dengan atraksi sebagai faktor dominan, diikuti aksesibilitas dan amenitas. Secara simultan, ketiga variabel ini secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat berkunjung ulang wisatawan. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut, disarankan agar pengelola dan pemerintah daerah terus mengembangkan daya tarik wisata, meningkatkan aksesibilitas, serta memperbaiki dan melengkapi fasilitas penunjang secara terpadu, untuk menciptakan pengalaman wisata yang optimal dan mendorong loyalitas pengunjung. This study aims to analyze the influence of attraction, accessibility, and amenities on tourists’ intention to revisit the Stone Garden Citatah, a natural tourism destination in West Bandung Regency. The research problem is driven by the need to enhance visitor loyalty and overall tourist experience amid fluctuations in visitor numbers and feedback related to attractions, access, and facilities. This study employs a quantitative approach with a descriptive-verificative research design. The sample was selected using purposive sampling among 100 respondents who had previously visited Stone Garden Citatah. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression, along with partial significance tests (t-test) and simultaneous tests (F-test). The results indicate that, individually, the independent variables attraction, accessibility, and amenities have a positive and significant effect on the intention to revisit, with attraction being the dominant factor, followed by accessibility and amenities. Simultaneously, these three variables collectively exert a significant effect on tourists’ revisit intentions. Based on these findings, it is recommended that destination managers and local authorities continue to develop tourism attractions, improve accessibility, and enhance supporting facilities in an integrated manner to create an optimal tourism experience and foster visitor loyalty.
