    Abstract

Implementasi Model Pembelajaran Everyone is a Teacher Here Dalam Mengembangkan Kemampuan Keterampilan Komunikasi Belajar Siswa Dalam Pembelajaran IPS di SMP Negeri 40 Bandung Penelitian ini membahas implementasi model pembelajaran Everyone is a Teacher Here dalam mengembangkan kemampuan keterampilan belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis keaktifan belajar siswa dengan mengimplementasi model pembelajaran Everyone is a Teacher Here kepada peserta didik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah guru mata pelajaran IPS, wakasek kurikulum dan siswa kelas VII. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi model pembelajaran Everyone is a Teacher Here memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap kemampuan keterampilan komunikasi belajar siswa. Melalui langkah-langkah pembelajaran yang melibatkan siswa secara aktif. Selain itu, hasil observasi dan wawancara menunjukkan bahwa model ini memfasilitasi siswa dalam mengembangkan rasa percaya diri, keberanian berkomunikasi, serta kemampuan berpikir kritis. Dengan demikian, model pembelajaran Everyone is a Teacher Here terbukti relevan dan efektif dalam mengembangkan keterampilan komunikasi belajar siswa di SMP Negeri 40 Bandung. Meskipun demikian, ditemukan pula beberapa kendala, seperti kesiapan siswa dalam menyampaikan materi serta keterbatasan waktu. Secara keseluruhan, model pembelajaran Everyone is a Teacher Here memberikan dampak positif terhadap pengembangan keterampilan belajar siswa dalam mata pelajaran IPS. Implementation of the Everyone is a Teacher Here Learning Model on Students' Learning Communication Skills in Social Studies Subjects at SMP Negeri 40 Bandung. This study discusses the implementation of the Everyone is a Teacher Here learning model on students' learning skills in Social Studies. The purpose of this study is to analyze students' learning activity by implementing the Everyone is a Teacher Here learning model to students. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The subjects in this study were Social Studies teachers, curriculum vice principals, and seventh-grade students. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of the Everyone is a Teacher Here learning model has a positive influence on students' learning communication skills. Through learning steps that actively involve students. In addition, the results of observations and interviews indicate that this model facilitates students in developing self-confidence, communication courage, and critical thinking skills. Thus, the Everyone is a Teacher Here learning model has proven relevant and effective in developing students' learning communication skills at SMP Negeri 40 Bandung. However, several obstacles were also found, such as students' readiness in delivering the material and time constraints. Overall, the Everyone is a Teacher Here learning model has a positive impact on the development of students' learning skills in Social Studies.
