ANALISIS DAN PENGEMBANGAN ALAT PENILAIAN UJIAN AKHIR SEKOLAH PADA KOMPETENSI PENERAPAN MIKROBIOLOGI DALAM PENGOLAHAN PANGAN

    Abstract

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kualitas butir soal ujian akhir sekolah pada kompetensi penerapan mikrobiologi dalam pengolahan pangan di SMKN 1 Cidaun Tahun Ajaran 2012/2013 dan 2013/2014 dari segi kuantitatif (validitas butir soal, reliabilitas soal, taraf kesukaran, daya pembeda dan pola distraktor) dan kualitatif (materi, konstruksi dan bahasa). Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah soal Ujian Akhir Sekolah TA 2012/2013 sebanyak 20 butir soal dan soal TA 2013/2014 sebanyak 25 butir soal dalam bentuk pilihan ganda. Data penelitian didapatkan melalui teknik pengumpulan data dengan observasi dan dokumentasi.
    Berdasarkan uji butir soal pada instrumen penilaian yang dikaji secara kuantitatif, butir soal TA 2012/2013 terdapat 15 soal yang memenuhi kriteria validitas, 8 butir soal yang memenuhi kriteria indeks kesukaran, terdapat 7 butir soal yang memenuhi kriteria daya beda yang baik, diperoleh sebanyak 8 butir soal yang memiliki distraktor yang berfungsi dengan baik dan uji reliabilitas diperoleh koefisien reliabilitas 0,54 dengan kriteria sedang. Pada butir soal TA 2013/2014 terdapat 21 soal yang memenuhi kriteria validitas, 18 butir soal yang memenuhi kriteria indeks kesukaran, terdapat 16 butir soal yang memenuhi kriteria daya beda yang baik, diperoleh sebanyak 20 butir soal yang memiliki distraktor yang berfungsi dengan baik dan uji reliabilitas diperoleh koefisien reliabilitas 0,62 dengan kriteria sedang.

    This research aims to determine the quality of the items on the school final examination competence in the application of microbiology in food processing in Cidaun SMKN 1 Academic Year 2012/2013 and 2013/2014 in terms of quantitative (item validity, reliability problems, difficulty level, distinguishing characteristics and patterns of distractor ) and qualitative (materials, construction, and language). The research method used in this multiple choice is descriptive method. This research subject is 20 items adn 25 items final examination test on 2012/2013 and 2013/2014 of school year. The research data obtained through observation data collection techniques and documentation.
    Based on the test item assessment instrument that assessed quantitatively, in 2012/2013 there were 15 items of 20 that meet the criteria of validity, 8 items that meet the criteria for difficulty level, there are 7 items that had a good differenting criteria, gained 8 distractor items that have a well-functioning and reliability test gain reliability coefficient of 0.54 with medium criteria. In 2013/2014 items there are 21 questions that meet the criteria of validity, 18 items that meet the criteria for difficulty level, there are 16 items that meet the criteria of a good difference, obtained as many as 20 items which have a well-functioning distractors and test reliability was obtained reliability coefficient of 0.62 with the medium criteria.
