Abstract
Penelitian ini dilakukan di Departemen Akuntansi Manajemen, Perpajakan, dan Asuransi PT. Dirgantara Indonesia mengenai peran komunikasi interpersonal dalam membangun lingkungan kerja yang harmonis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi efektivitas komunikasi interpersonal dalam menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang harmonis, kendala yang dihadapi, peran komunikasi interpersonal dalam menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang harmonis, dampak komunikasi interpersonal yang efektif terhadap hubungan antar rekan kerja dan lingkungan kerja, serta mengetahui solusi dan strategi dalam mengatasi kendala komunikasi interpersonal demi membangun lingkungan kerja yang harmonis. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model interaktif dari Miles dan Huberman dan analisis SWOT. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa empati, keterbukaan, sikap positif, sikap saling mendukung, dan kesetaraan berperan penting dalam efektivitas komunikasi interpersonal untuk membangun lingkungan kerja yang harmonis. Kendala komunikasi seperti perbedaan pendapat, miskomunikasi, dan keterbatasan SDM dapat diatasi melalui strategi struktural dan personal yang mendorong budaya kerja terbuka dan kolaboratif. This research was conducted in the Department of Management Accounting, Taxation, and Insurance at PT. Dirgantara Indonesia, focusing on the role of interpersonal communication in creating a harmonious work environment. The objective of this study is to identify the factors that influence the effectiveness of interpersonal communication in building a harmonious workplace, the challenges encountered, the role of interpersonal communication in fostering workplace harmony, the impact of effective interpersonal communication on coworker relationships and the work environment, and to determine the solutions and strategies for overcoming communication barriers in order to establish a harmonious work setting. This study employs a descriptive qualitative method, with data collected through interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques use the interactive model of Miles and Huberman, along with a SWOT analysis. The results show that empathy, openness, a positive attitude, mutual support, and equality play an important role in the effectiveness of interpersonal communication in building a harmonious work environment. Communication barriers such as differences in opinion, miscommunication, and limited human resources can be addressed through structural and personal strategies that promote an open and collaborative work culture.
