Abstract
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya tingkat profesionalisme guru, menurunnya mutu lulusan sekolah, serta ketimpangan rasio antara jumlah sekolah dan pengawas yang menjadi tantangan mendasar dalam pelaksanaan supervisi pendidikan. Kondisi ini semakin kompleks akibat keterbatasan infrastruktur teknologi, rendahnya literasi digital di kalangan pendidik dan pengawas, serta minimnya dukungan kebijakan. Situasi tersebut menegaskan perlunya inovasi supervisi berbasis digital yang mampu menjawab keterbatasan supervisi konvensional. Sistem ini dikembangkan di SMA Labschool UNSYIAH dan SMK Negeri 1 Bandar Dua sebagai respons terhadap pandemi COVID-19 dan terus diadaptasi untuk menjawab tuntutan pendidikan abad ke-21. Penelitian ini bertujuan menggambarkan pelaksanaan supervisi digital dalam meningkatkan profesionalisme guru guna mewujudkan lulusan yang berkualitas. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode Grounded Theory serta pengembangan model melalui tahapan 4D (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate) yang divalidasi melalui FGD. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) supervisi digital mempercepat observasi, mempermudah dokumentasi, efisien serta meningkatkan transparansi dan efektivitas pembinaan guru; (2) di SMA Labschool UNSYIAH, implementasi berjalan cukup optimal berkat dukungan infrastruktur dan kepemimpinan, meskipun belum terintegrasi penuh; (3) di SMK Negeri 1 Bandar Dua, masih terdapat kendala teknis dan rendahnya literasi digital; (4) Rancangan Supervisi digital Model DHIKA (Digital, Holistik, Interaktif, Konstruktif, Akuntabel). Supervisi digital Model supervisi digital DHIKA diimplementasikan melalui sistem berbasis platfom yang memungkinkan integrasi antara perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan pelaporan supervisi, serta kolaborasi antara guru, pengawas, dan kepala sekolah. Supervisi digital Model DHIKA direkomendasikan sebagai solusi integratif untuk meningkatkan profesionalisme guru dan mutu lulusan secara berkelanjutan. This research is motivated by the low level of teacher professionalism, the declining quality of school graduates, and the inequality ratio between the number of schools and supervisors which is a fundamental challenge in the implementation of educational supervision. This condition is increasingly complex due to the limitations of technological infrastructure, low digital literacy among educators and supervisors, and lack of policy support. This situation emphasizes the need for digital-based supervision innovations that are able to answer the limitations of conventional supervision. This system was developed at SMA Labschool UNSYIAH and SMK Negeri 1 Bandar Dua in response to the COVID-19 pandemic and continues to be adapted to answer the demands of 21st century education. This research aims to describe the implementation of digital supervision in improving teacher professionalism in order to realize qualified graduates. This study uses a qualitative approach with the Grounded Theory method and model development through the 4D stage (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate) which is validated through FGD. Data was collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the study show: (1) digital supervision accelerates observation, simplifies documentation, is efficient and increases the transparency and effectiveness of teacher coaching; (2) at SMA Labschool UNSYIAH, the implementation is running quite optimally thanks to infrastructure and leadership support, although it is not yet fully integrated; (3) at SMK Negeri 1 Bandar Dua, there are still technical obstacles and low digital literacy; (4) Digital Supervision Design of the DHIKA Model (Digital, Holistic, Interactive, Constructive, Accountable). Digital supervision DHIKA's digital supervision model is implemented through a platform-based system that allows integration between planning, implementation, and supervision reporting, as well as collaboration between teachers, supervisors, and principals. The digital supervision of the DHIKA Model is recommended as an integrative solution to improve teacher professionalism and the quality of graduates in an ongoing manner.
