    Abstract

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana penerapan metode multimodal learning dalam pelatihan berbasis kompetensi yang diselenggarakan oleh Eduneural. Fokus utama penelitian ini adalah melihat bagaimana pelaksanaan metode multimodal learning serta hasil capaian kompetensi peserta pelatihan. Teori yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu teori kognitif dan konstruktivisme sebagai landasan konseptual dan panduan analisis temuan lapangan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan model interaktif Miles dan Huberman dengan tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) penerapan metode multimodal learning di Eduneural ditunjukan melalui adanya ragam modalitas yang digunakan selama pelatihan baik secara visual, audio, reading dan kinestetik dalam membantu peserta mencapai kompetensi sesuai standar SKKNI. 2) Hasil penerapan metode multimodal learning menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar peserta berhasil mencapai standar kompetensi. Capaian ini tampak melalui hasil evaluasi, tugas portofolio, serta kinerja praktik peserta. Selain itu hasil dari penerapan metode multimodal learning juga menunjukan adanya keterlibatan peserta cukup tinggi, ditandai dengan partisipasi aktif dalam diskusi, penyelesaian tugas, dan performa praktik yang baik. Meskipun demikian, beberapa kendala seperti keterbatasan waktu, perbedaan kesiapan peserta, dan hambatan teknis masih ditemukan. Evaluasi rutin dilakukan dan ditindaklanjuti dengan revisi strategi pelatihan, penyempurnaan materi, serta pelatihan lanjutan bagi fasilitator. This research aims to analyze how the implementation of multimodal learning methods in competency-based training organized by Eduneural. The main focus of this research is to see how the implementation of multimodal learning method and the results of competency achievement of trainees. The theories used in this research are cognitive theory and constructivism as a conceptual foundation and guide the analysis of field findings. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data collection techniques were conducted through in-depth interviews and documentation studies. Data analysis was conducted using the Miles and Huberman interactive model with the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that: 1) the application of multimodal learning method in Eduneural is shown through the existence of various modalities used during training both visually, audio, reading and kinesthetic in helping participants achieve competence according to SKKNI standards. 2) The results of the application of the multimodal learning method showed that most participants achieved the competency standards. This achievement can be seen through evaluation results, portfolio assignments, and participants' practical performance. In addition, the results of the application of multimodal learning methods also showed that the participants' involvement was quite high, characterized by active participation in discussions, completion of assignments, and good practical performance. Nevertheless, some obstacles such as time constraints, differences in participants' readiness, and technical barriers were still found. Regular evaluations were conducted and followed up with a revision of the training strategy, improvement of materials, and further training for facilitators.
