    Abstract

    Kemajuan teknologi digital telah mendorong perubahan paradigma pembelajaran di sekolah dasar, terutama dengan meningkatnya tuntutan integrasi teknologi dalam proses belajar mengajar. Guru kini tidak hanya dituntut menguasai materi, tetapi juga mampu beradaptasi dengan metode pembelajaran digital yang terus berkembang. Dalam situasi ini, kepala sekolah memegang peran strategis untuk mengarahkan, memotivasi, dan menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang mendukung adaptasi teknologi. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kepuasan kerja dan adaptabilitas guru dalam mengimplementasikan pembelajaran digital di sekolah dasar. Penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui survei, menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, serta dianalisis dengan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) berbasis AMOS. Instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner yang dikembangkan dari indikator kepemimpinan transformasional, kepuasan kerja, dan adaptabilitas guru. Hasil penelitian mengungkap bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja serta kemampuan guru beradaptasi dalam pembelajaran digital. Kepemimpinan transformasional tercermin dari kemampuan kepala sekolah mengambil keputusan, memberikan motivasi, berkomunikasi terbuka, memberi arahan jelas, dan menumbuhkan rasa tanggung jawab guru. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional mampu meningkatkan kepuasan kerja dan adaptabilitas guru dalam mengimplementasikan pembelajaran digital. Implikasi praktisnya, sekolah dasar perlu mengembangkan program pelatihan kepemimpinan transformasional dan mendorong kolaborasi, adaptasi teknologi, serta profesionalisme guru demi mendukung mutu pembelajaran digital. Advances in digital technology have driven a paradigm shift in learning in elementary schools, particularly with the increasing demand for technology integration in the teaching and learning process. Teachers are now required not only to master the material but also to be able to adapt to the ever-evolving digital learning methods. In this situation, principals play a strategic role in directing, motivating, and creating a work environment that supports technological adaptation. This study aims to analyze the influence of transformational leadership on teacher job satisfaction and adaptability in implementing digital learning in elementary schools. The study was conducted using a quantitative approach through a survey, using a purposive sampling technique, and analyzed using AMOS-based Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The research instrument was a questionnaire developed from indicators of transformational leadership, job satisfaction, and teacher adaptability. The results revealed that the principal's transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on teacher job satisfaction and adaptability in digital learning. Effective leadership is reflected in the principal's ability to make decisions, provide motivation, communicate openly, provide clear direction, and foster a sense of responsibility in teachers. These findings confirm that transformational leadership can improve teacher performance while shaping a positive organizational culture. The practical implication is that elementary schools need to develop transformational leadership training programs for principals and strengthen organizational cultures that encourage collaboration, technology adaptation, and teacher professionalism to support the quality of digital learning.
