    Abstract

    ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan gaya kepemimpinan holistik kepala sekolah sebagai strategi untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan pendidikan di Sekolah Menengah Pertama. Model kepemimpinan holistik ini mencakup empat dimensi, yaitu (Self, Spirit, Service, dan Innovation). Penelitian menggunakan metode campuran dengan pendekatan kualitatif melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi, serta pendekatan kuantitatif melalui penyebaran kuesioner dan analisis data menggunakan SEM-PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepala sekolah yang mengembangkan kemampuan reflektif, kecerdasan emosional dan spiritual, semangat melayani, serta inovasi dapat membangun budaya kolaboratif, iklim sekolah yang positif, dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan guru serta siswa. Selain itu, kepemimpinan kepala sekolah berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kualitas layanan pendidikan dan kepuasan kerja guru. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa kepemimpinan holistik dengan empat dimensi tersebut merupakan kontribusi baru dalam pengembangan model kepemimpinan pendidikan. ABSTRACT The aims of this research are developing of a holistic leadership style for imrpoving of school principle’s model, this is a strategy for educational services quality at the Junior High school. This is about four dimensions and leadership integration model, there are: self approuch, spirit values, service quality, and innovation oriented.This research used by mixed method approuch tailored to the needs and context of education in Rokan Hilir Regency. The research used by mixed methods, qualitative and quantitative approuch. Interview, observation, and document collected of the data has done, and the Strengtenth, weekness, opportunity and threat used for accelerate of the qualitative of the data, and the quantitative was conducted by questionnaire distribution and the anlysis data with Structural Equation Modeling method based on Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The result of the research are (1) The school principal’s who implemented reflective abilities, spiritual emotions, spirit of servant , and create of innovative leadership, especially for making of positive thinking, culture collaboration, school climate, and well-being of the teachers and students support. (2) The principal leadership has a significant effect on the quality of educational services and teachers job satisfaction. The holistic leadershif with four dimension claimed as a novelty in this research.
