Abstract
Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMK Kiansantang Bandung dengan fokus utama pada permasalahan kemandirian belajar siswa. Terdapat dua variabel yang dikaji, yakni efikasi diri sebagai variabel bebas (X) dan kemandirian belajar sebagai variabel terikat (Y). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan tingkat efikasi diri dan kemandirian belajar siswa, serta menganalisis pengaruh efikasi diri terhadap kemandirian belajar. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa angket yang dibagikan kepada 41 siswa dari jurusan Manajemen Perkantoran dan Layanan Bisnis. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan regresi sederhana. Berdasarkan analisis terhadap hasil penelitian, diperoleh hasil bahwa tingkat efikasi diri dan kemandirian belajar siswa berada pada kategori “tinggi”. Selain itu, hasil uji hipotesis mengungkapkan bahwa efikasi diri (X) memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kemandirian belajar (Y). Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi tingkat efikasi diri yang dimiliki siswa, maka semakin tinggi pula tingkat kemandirian belajarnya. This research was conducted at SMK Kiansantang Bandung, with the main focus on the issue of students' learning independence. The study examined two variables: self-efficacy as the independent variable (X) and learning independence as the dependent variable (Y). The purpose of this study was to describe the levels of students’ self-efficacy and learning independence, as well as to analyze the influence of self-efficacy on learning independence. A quantitative method was used, with data collected through questionnaires distributed to 41 students in the Office Management and Business Services program. The collected data were analyzed using simple regression analysis. Based on the analysis of the research results, it was found that the levels of both self-efficacy and learning independence among students were categorized as “high.” In addition, the hypothesis testing results indicated that self-efficacy (X) has a positive and significant influence on learning independence (Y). This suggests that the higher the level of students’ self-efficacy, the higher their level of learning independence.
