Program Studi Psikologi, Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan, Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia. Bandung. (2025). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara iklim organisasi dan deprivasi relatif. Responden dalam penelitian ini (N=220) adalah seluruh operator yang bekerja di PT X. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh (total sampling), kuesioner disebar secara offline dengan menyebarkan kertas dan online yaitu melalui google forms. Instrumen yang digunakan merupakan instrumen iklim organisasi menurut Litwin dan Stringer (2006) yang telah diadaptasi oleh Nabilla (2021), dan instrumen deprivasi relatif oleh Gur (1970) yang diadaptasi oleh Desti (2023). Metode yang digunakan dalam analisis data yaitu analisis korelasional Spearman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara variabel iklim organisasi dan deprivasi relatif. This study aims to examine the relationship between organizational climate and relative deprivation. The respondents in this research (N = 220) consisted of all operators working at PT X. Data were collected using a saturated sampling technique (total sampling), with questionnaires distributed both offline in paper form and online via Google Forms. The instruments of the Organizational Climate Scale developed by Litwin and Stringer (2006), adapted by Nabilla (2021), and the Relative Deprivation Scale developed by Gur (1970), adapted by Desti (2023). Data analysis was conducted using Spearman’s correlation analysis. The results indicate a significant relationship between organizational climate and relative deprivation.
