    POSITIVE YOUTH DEVELOPMENT BERBASIS 12Cs MELALUI OLAHRAGA EKSTRAKURIKULER FUTSAL Najmi Fathan, Amung Ma’mun, Sucipto Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia, Bandung, Jawa Barat, Indonesia najmifathan@upi.edu ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh integrasi Positive Youth Development (PYD) 12Cs + Kicking Bullying Out terhadap perkembangan karakter positif dan keterampilan bermain peserta ekstrakurikuler futsal di SMAN 1 Baros. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain quasi experiment, di mana subjek tidak dipilih secara acak tetapi diambil secara keseluruhan melalui teknik sampling jenuh karena jumlah populasi kurang dari 30 orang. Tiga Pendekatan Latihan perlakuan digunakan: (1) Integrasi PYD 12Cs + Kicking Bullying Out, (2) Integrasi PYD 12Cs, dan (3) Non-integrasi. Hasil analisis t-test dan ANOVA menunjukkan perbedaan yang signifikan antara Pendekatan Latihan perlakuan. Pada aspek perkembangan PYD 12Cs, Pendekatan Latihan Integrasi PYD 12Cs + Kicking Bullying Out memiliki rata-rata lebih tinggi dibandingkan Pendekatan Latihan Integrasi PYD 12Cs (MD = 10,1; p < 0,05) dan Pendekatan Latihan Non-integrasi (MD = 15,3; p < 0,05). Perbedaan juga ditemukan antara Pendekatan Latihan Integrasi PYD 12Cs dan Non-integrasi (MD = 5,2; p < 0,05). Pada aspek keterampilan bermain, Pendekatan Latihan Integrasi PYD 12Cs + Kicking Bullying Out unggul signifikan dibandingkan Pendekatan Latihan Integrasi PYD 12Cs (MD = 20,0; p < 0,05) dan Non-integrasi (MD = 34,8; p < 0,05), sedangkan Pendekatan Latihan Integrasi PYD 12Cs juga menunjukkan keunggulan dibandingkan Non-integrasi (MD = 14,8; p < 0,05). Nilai t-hitung pada seluruh perbandingan berkisar antara 4,154 hingga 11,690 dengan signifikansi p < 0,05. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa integrasi PYD 12Cs dengan Kicking Bullying Out secara signifikan lebih efektif dalam mengembangkan karakter positif dan keterampilan bermain futsal dibandingkan hanya menggunakan PYD 12Cs atau tanpa integrasi. Implikasi penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya pendekatan pembinaan olahraga yang tidak hanya menekankan aspek teknis, tetapi juga pengembangan karakter dan pencegahan perilaku negatif. POSITIVE YOUTH DEVELOPMENT BASED ON 12Cs THROUGH FUTSAL EXTRACURRICULAR SPORTS Najmi Fathan, Amung Ma’mun, Sucipto Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia, Bandung, Jawa Barat, Indonesia najmifathan@upi.edu ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the effect of the integration of Positive Youth Development (PYD) 12Cs + Kicking Bullying Out on the development of positive character and playing skills of futsal extracurricular participants at SMAN 1 Baros. The study used a quantitative method with a quasi-experimental design, where subjects were not selected randomly but were taken as a whole through a saturated sampling technique because the population was less than 30 people. Three treatment groups were used: (1) Integration of PYD 12Cs + Kicking Bullying Out, (2) Integration of PYD 12Cs, and (3) Non-integration. The results of the t-test and ANOVA analysis showed significant differences between the treatment groups. In the aspect of PYD 12Cs development, the PYD 12Cs + Kicking Bullying Out Integration group had a higher average than the PYD 12Cs Integration group (MD = 10.1; p < 0.05) and the Non-integration group (MD = 15.3; p < 0.05). Differences were also found between the PYD 12Cs Integration and Non-integration groups (MD = 5.2; p < 0.05). In terms of playing skills, the PYD 12Cs Integration + Kicking Bullying Out group significantly outperformed the PYD 12Cs Integration (MD = 20.0; p < 0.05) and Non-integration (MD = 34.8; p < 0.05) groups, while the PYD 12Cs Integration group also showed superiority over Non-integration (MD = 14.8; p < 0.05). The t-values for all comparisons ranged from 4.154 to 11.690 with a significance of p < 0.05. These findings indicate that the integration of PYD 12Cs with Kicking Bullying Out is significantly more effective in developing positive character and futsal playing skills compared to using only PYD 12Cs or without integration. The implications of this research emphasize the importance of a sports coaching approach that emphasizes not only technical aspects but also character development and the prevention of negative behavior.
