    Abstract

    Keterbatasan pendekatan pelatihan literasi membaca kritis yang cenderung monologis, instruksional, dan kurang relevan dengan konteks kultural serta nilai lokal organisasi perempuan menjadi latar belakang penelitian ini. Kemampuan literasi membaca kritis menjadi sangat penting dimiliki oleh anggota organisasi perempuan di Medan untuk meningkatkan peran mereka di masyarakat, khususnya perempuan dan kaum ibu sebagai fasilitator literasi keluarga yang berkontribusi terhadap pembentukan peradaban anak. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menghasilkan model griyaan berbasis profetik dalam pelatihan literasi membaca kritis bagi organisasi perempuan di Medan. Metode Research and Development dengan desain Four-D dari Thiagarajan digunakan sebagai desain penelitian. Tahapan yang dilalui, yaitu Define (Pendefinisian), Design (Perancangan), Develop (Pengembangan), dan Disseminate (Penyebaran). Partisipan yang terlibat dalam penelitian ini adalah anggota dari lima organisasi perempuan di Medan dengan total 142 orang. Untuk uji terbatas, dua organisasi perempuan di Medan yang berpartisipasi di dalamnya, yaitu 32 anggota ‘Aisyiyah Cabang Helvetia dan 15 anggota Muslimat NU, sedangkan untuk uji luas, tiga organisasi perempuan di Medan yang berpartisipasi di dalamnya, yaitu 43 anggota ‘Aisyiyah Ranting Tanjung Gusta, 23 anggota Muslimat NU Sunggal, 15 anggota Salimah Ranting Gaperta, dan 14 anggota Nasyiyatul ‘Aisyiyah Desa Helvetia. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu tes, angket, dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis data kualitatif deskriptif. Dari hasil penelitian ini, kemampuan awal literasi membaca kritis anggota organisasi perempuan di Medan berada pada kategori cukup. Rancangan awal model dalam penelitian ini mengadaptasi model Joyce & Weill. Model hipotetik griyaan berbasis profetik mengadaptasi pendekatan griyaan (Kitching dan Blackburn, 2002) dengan berbasis profetik (Syihabuddin, 2020) lalu diintegrasikan. Pengembangan model meliputi validasi ahli yang menunjukkan model layak digunakan. Dari hasil pengujian pengembangan, informasi uji terbatas dan uji luas terdapat peningkatan yang signifikan antara tes awal dan akhir kemampuan literasi membaca kritis anggota organisasi perempuan di Medan. Dengan demikian, pengembangan model griyaan berbasis profetik dalam pelatihan literasi membaca kritis bagi organisasi perempuan di Medan efektif untuk meningkatkan kemampuan literasi membaca kritis anggota organisasi perempuan di Medan. Implikasi model griyaan berbasis profetik dalam pelatihan literasi membaca kritis bagi organisasi perempuan di Medan tidak hanya berdampak pada ranah akademis, tetapi juga pada praktik pemberdayaan masyarakat dan perumusan kebijakan publik. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi dalam memperkaya kajian literasi membaca kritis dengan menambahkan dimensi nilai-nilai profetik yang selama ini belum banyak diintegrasikan dalam model pelatihan literasi di Indonesia, menjadi alternatif metode pelatihan untuk meningkatkan peran anggota organisasi, dan memberikan saran bagi pembuat kebijakan, baik di tingkat lokal maupun nasional, untuk merancang program pemberdayaan perempuan yang mengintegrasikan literasi membaca kritis dengan nilai-nilai profetik. The limitations of training approaches that tend to be monologic, instructional, and less relevant to the cultural context and local values of women's organizations are the background of this research. Critical reading literacy skills are very important for members of women's organizations in Medan to enhance their role in society, especially women and mothers as facilitators of family literacy that contribute to the formation of children's civilization. The purpose of this research is to produce a prophetic-based home model in critical reading literacy training for women's organizations in Medan. The Research and Development method with Thiagarajan's Four-D design was used as the research design. The stages passed are Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate. Participants involved in this study were members of five women's organizations in Medan with a total of 142 people. For limited testing, two women's organizations in Medan participated in it, namely 32 members of 'Aisyiyah Helvetia Branch and 15 members of Muslimat NU, while for broad testing, three women's organizations in Medan participated in it, namely 43 members of 'Aisyiyah Tanjung Gusta Branch, 23 members of Muslimat NU Sunggal, 15 members of Salimah Gaperta Branch, and 14 members of Nasyiyatul 'Aisyiyah Helvetia Village. Data collection techniques used were tests, questionnaires, and interviews. The data analysis technique used was descriptive qualitative data analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that the initial critical reading literacy skills of women's organization members in Medan are in the adequate category. The initial model design in this study adapted the Joyce & Weill model. The hypothetical prophetic-based home model adapts the home approach (Kitching and Blackburn, 2002) with a prophetic approach (Syihabuddin, 2020) and then integrates it. Model development included expert validation, which demonstrated the model's suitability for use. From the results of the development test, limited test information and extensive test there was a significant increase between the initial and final tests of the critical reading literacy skills of women's organization members in Medan. Thus, the development of a prophetic-based home model in critical reading literacy training for women's organizations in Medan is effective in improving the critical reading literacy skills of women's organization members in Medan. The implications of the prophetic-based home model in critical reading literacy training for women's organizations in Medan not only impact the academic realm, but also on the practice of community empowerment and public policy formulation. The results of this study contribute to enriching the study of critical reading literacy by adding the dimension of prophetic values that have not been widely integrated into literacy training models in Indonesia, becoming an alternative training method to enhance the role of organizational members, and providing suggestions for policy makers, both at the local and national levels, to design women's empowerment programs that integrate critical reading literacy with prophetic values.
