    Abstract

    Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh rendahnya kemampuan kerja sama anak usia dini yang belum terfasilitasi secara optimal dalam pembelajaran konvensional. Kemampuan kerja sama merupakan aspek peting dalam perkembangan sosial emosional anak, yang perlu distimulasi melalui pendekatan yang sesuai dengan karakteristik perkembangan anak. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh ragam permainan tradisional terhadap kemampuan kerja sama anak usia 4-5 tahun di RA Al-Qalam. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan eksperimen semu (quasi experimental design) tipe Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari 20 anak yang dibagi menjadi kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi pretest dan posttest dengan instrumen yang memuat indikator kerja sama anak. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat peningkatan kemampuan kerja sama pada kelas eksperimen setelah diberikan perlakuan berupa permainan tradisional gobak sodor dan bakiak. Rata-rata skor meningkat dan uji N-gain menunjukan peningkatan sedang. Sementara itu, kelas kontrol yang tidak mendapatkan perlakuan tidak mengalami perubahan bahkan sedikit penurunan. Hal ini terlihat dari hasil N-gain kelas eksperimen 0,592 sedangkan kelas kontrol -0,021. Selain itu, dari hasil uji Mann-whitney U Test nilai nilai Asymp. Sig.(2-tailed) 0,000 yang mana nilai tersebut kurang dari 0,05. Dengan demikian temuan ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh ragam permainan tradisional untuk mengembangkan kemampuan kerja sama anak usia dini. This study was motivated by the low level of cooperation skills among early childhood learners, which have not been optimally facilitated through conventional learning approaches. Cooperation is a crucial aspect of children's social-emotional development and needs to be stimulated using methods aligned with their developmental characteristics. The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of various traditional games on the cooperation skills of children aged 4–5 years at RA Al-Qalam. This research employed a quantitative method with a quasi-experimental design, specifically the Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The subjects consisted of 20 children, divided into an experimental group and a control group. Data collection was conducted through pretest and posttest observations using an instrument that included indicators of cooperation. The findings revealed an improvement in cooperation skills in the experimental class after receiving treatment in the form of traditional games such as gobak sodor and bakiak. The average scores increased, and the N-gain analysis indicated a moderate improvement. Meanwhile, the control group, which did not receive any treatment, showed no improvement and even a slight decline. This is supported by the N-gain score of 0,592in the experimental group and -0.021 in the control group. Furthermore, the Mann-Whitney U Test showed a significance value of Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) = 0.000, which is less than 0.05. These results indicate that various traditional games have a significant effect on improving cooperation skills in early childhood.
