Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul “Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Pegawai di Kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Purwakarta”. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran angket kepada 59 responden yang merupakan pegawai negeri sipil (PNS) di Kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Purwakarta, dengan teknik sampling jenuh. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan bantuan aplikasi SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara lingkungan kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai. Nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 37,7% mengindikasikan bahwa lingkungan kerja memberikan kontribusi yang cukup besar terhadap peningkatan produktivitas kerja pegawai. Sisanya, yaitu 62,3%, dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar variabel penelitian. Dengan demikian, semakin baik lingkungan kerja yang diciptakan, baik dari segi fisik maupun nonfisik, maka akan semakin tinggi pula tingkat produktivitas kerja pegawai. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi bahan pertimbangan bagi pimpinan instansi untuk menciptakan dan mempertahankan lingkungan kerja yang kondusif guna mendukung kinerja optimal pegawai. This study investigates the influence of the work environment on employee productivity at the Office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs, Purwakarta Regency. The purpose of this research is to determine the extent to which the work environment affects employee productivity. A descriptive method with a quantitative approach was employed. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 59 civil servants using a saturated sampling technique. The data were then analyzed using SPSS version 25. The results indicate a significant influence of the work environment on employee productivity. The coefficient of determination (R²) value of 37.7% suggests that the work environment contributes substantially to improving employee productivity. The remaining 62.3% is attributed to other factors beyond the scope of this study. Therefore, the better the physical and non-physical aspects of the work environment, the higher the level of employee productivity. These findings are expected to serve as a useful reference for institutional leaders in creating and maintaining a conducive work environment to support optimal employee performance.
