    Abstract

    Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan instrumen evaluasi pelatihan berbasis model Kirkpatrick, level 3 (perilaku) dan level 4 (hasil). Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah masih terbatasnya sumber daya manusia dan pengetahuan fasilitator mengenai model evaluasi pelatihan yang komprehensif. Akibatnya, pelaksanaan evaluasi sering kali hanya mencakup level 1 dan 2, tanpa menilai perubahan perilaku peserta dan dampak pelatihan terhadap kinerja organisasi koperasi. Kajian teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi model evaluasi pelatihan Kirkpatrick, Design Development Research (DDR), kompetensi pengurus koperasi. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah DDR dengan prosedur enam tahap pengembangan, serta pengujian menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Instrumen awal terdiri atas 75 butir pernyataan. Setelah melalui validasi isi oleh tiga ahli, diperoleh 54 butir valid, 21 direvisi, dan diseleksi menjadi 23 butir final (14 butir level 3 dan 9 butir level 4). Hasil menunjukan nilai rata-rata Aiken’s V sebesar 0,791 menunjukkan validitas isi yang tinggi. Uji validitas konstruk dengan korelasi Pearson menghasilkan nilai r ≥ 0,30 pada seluruh butir, menunjukkan validitas konstruk yang memadai. Uji reliabilitas menunjukkan nilai Cronbach’s Alpha sebesar 0,872 (level 3) dan 0,780 (level 4), yang berarti instrumen reliabel. Instrumen ini dapat digunakan oleh penyelenggara pelatihan, fasilitator, dan pengambil kebijakan sebagai alat bantu evaluasi untuk mengukur dampak pelatihan secara menyeluruh hingga level perilaku dan hasil. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kualitas pelatihan koperasi secara berkelanjutan. This study aims to develop a training evaluation instrument based on the Kirkpatrick model at level 3 (behavior) and level 4 (results). The background of this research is the limited human resources and facilitators’ knowledge regarding a comprehensive training evaluation model. As a result, evaluation implementation often only covers levels 1 and 2, without assessing changes in participants’ behavior or the impact of training on cooperative organizational performance. The theoretical framework of this study includes the Kirkpatrick training evaluation model, the Design and Development Research (DDR) approach, and cooperative management competency theory. The research approach employed is DDR with six development stages, tested using a quantitative method. The initial instrument consisted of 75 items. After content validation by three experts, 54 items were deemed valid, 21 items were revised, and finally selected into 23 items, consisting of 14 items for level 3 and 9 items for level 4. The results show that the average value of Aiken’s V is 0.791, indicating high content validity. Construct validity testing using Pearson correlation resulted in r ≥ 0.30 for all items, meeting the criteria of construct validity. Reliability testing showed Cronbach’s Alpha values of 0.872 for level 3 and 0.780 for level 4, which indicates that the instrument is reliable. This instrument can be used by training organizers, facilitators, and policymakers as an evaluation tool to measure training impacts comprehensively up to the behavior and results levels. These findings are expected to contribute to the continuous improvement of cooperative training quality.
