Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan persepsi pengguna terhadap Learning Management System (LMS) Galeri Kejuruan. LMS ini digunakan oleh Balai Besar Pengembangan Penjaminan Mutu Pendidikan Vokasi Bidang Mesin dan Teknik Industri (BBPPMPV BMTI) untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru kejuruan di Indonesia. Meskipun telah digunakan dalam jangka waktu yang lama, belum tersedia mekanisme secara khusus untuk menilai kepuasan pengguna terhadap LMS tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 246 peserta pelatihan angkatan 7, dan sebanyak 74 responden dipilih sebagai sampel menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel propotional stratified random sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui angket tetutup yang disusun berdasarkan dimensi-dimensi dalam model End-User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengguna memberikan persepsi sangat positif terhadap LMS, terutama pada dimensi ketepatan waktu yaitu 92,97% dan dimensi isi yaitu 92,70%. Dimensi ketepatan waktu memiliki skor tertinggi, sementara dimensi ketepatan waktu perlu ditingkatkan. Secara keseluruhan disimpulkan bahwa LMS Galeri Kejuruan telah memenuhi kebutuhan dan harapan pengguna sebagai platform pembelajaran. This study aims to describe user’s perceptions of the Learning Management System (LMS) Galeri Kejuruan. This LMS is used by Balai Besar Pengembangan Penjaminan Mutu Pendidikan Vokasi Bidang Mesin dan Teknik Industri (BBPPMPV BMTI) to enhance the competencies of vocational teachers in Indonesia. Although it has been in use for a long time, there has been no specific mechanism to assess user satisfaction with this LMS. This research adopts a quantitative approach with a survey method. The research population consists of 246 trainees from batch 7, and 74 respondents were selected as the sample using propotional stratified random sampling. Data was collected through a closed questionnaire based on the dimensions in End-User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) model. The results show that users provided very postive perceptions of the LMS, particularly in the timeliness dimension (92,97%) and content dimension (92,70%). The timeliness dimension received the highest score, while the accuracy dimension needs improvement. Overall, it is concluded that the LMS Galeri Kejuruan has met the needs and expectations of users as a learning platform.
