Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pemberdayaan ibu rumah tangga melalui pelatihan kewirausahaan di Rumah BUMN Kota Tasikmalaya, khususnya dalam aspek pengetahuan, keterampilan, sikap, serta kemandirian ekonomi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 65 ibu rumah tangga yang mengikuti pelatihan, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel jenuh. Instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner menggunakan skala Likert, kemudian data dianalisis melalui uji validitas, reliabilitas, dan regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pemberdayaan ibu rumah tangga. Dimensi pelatihan seperti kebutuhan, tujuan, metode, materi, durasi, peserta, lokasi, dan evaluasi memperoleh skor rata-rata dalam kategori tinggi. Demikian pula, dimensi pemberdayaan yang meliputi kesejahteraan, akses, partisipasi, dan kontrol juga menunjukkan capaian yang tinggi. Dengan demikian, program pelatihan di Rumah BUMN terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan kapasitas ibu rumah tangga sehingga lebih mandiri, produktif, dan mampu berkontribusi terhadap kesejahteraan keluarga. This study aims to analyze the empowerment of housewives through entrepreneurship training at Rumah BUMN Kota Tasikmalaya, focusing on knowledge, skills, attitudes, and economic independence. The research method employed is quantitative with a descriptive approach. The sample consists of 65 housewives participating in the training, selected using a saturated sampling technique. The research instrument was a Likert-scale questionnaire, and the data were analyzed using validity, reliability, and simple regression tests. The findings reveal that training has a positive and significant impact on women’s empowerment. Training dimensions such as needs, objectives, methods, materials, duration, participants, location, and evaluation scored on average within a high category. Similarly, empowerment dimensions including welfare, access, participation, and control also achieved high results. In conclusion, the training program at Rumah BUMN effectively enhances housewives’ capacity to become more independent, productive, and contributive to their family’s welfare.
