Abstract

Pelatihan menjahit merupakan salah satu program yang diselenggarakan oleh LKP Putri Kota Bandung dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan motivasi berwirausaha bagi setiap peserta. Latar belakang dari penelitian ini berangkat dari kondisi bahwa tidak semua peserta pelatihan memiliki keterampilan menjahit yang memadai serta dorongan berwirausaha yang kuat. Hal tersebut dipengaruhi oleh metode pembelajaran yang masih berorientasi pada teori dan praktik sederhana tanpa menekankan pada pemecahan masalah nyata. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan sebuah pendekatan pembelajaran yang lebih kontekstual, interaktif, dan mampu melibatkan peserta secara aktif dalam proses belajar. Terdapat metode pembelajaran yang digunakan, guna mencapai tujuan pelatihan tersebut, metode yang digunakan yaitu metode Project Based Learning atau metode yang berfokus pada penyelesaian proyek sebagai cara untuk meningkatkan pemahaman peserta pelatihan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari metode Project Based Learning terhadap motivasi internal dan eksternal berwirausaha di LKP Putri, yang melibatkan pengelola LKP Putri serta peserta pelatihan menjahit LKP Putri. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu pendekatan kuantitatif dengan alat pengumpulan data berupa angket dengan sampel sebanyak 60 orang dari jumlah populasi sebanyak 70 orang. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu : 1) Metode Project Based Learning berpengaruh secara signifikan dan positif terhadap motivasi internal dan eksternal berwirausaha yang dinyatakan dengan hasil analisis regresi linear sederhana nilai Sig. < 0.05. 2) Metode Project Based Learning memberikan kontribusi yang lebih besar terhadap motivasi internal yang dinyatakan dengan nilai R2 = 31,7% dibandingkan terhadap motivasi eksternal dengan nilai R2 = 18,4%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa Project Based Learning efektif dalam meningkatkan dorongan berwirausaha dan Project Based Learning berkontribusi terhadap motivasi internal maupun eksternal berwirausaha. Sewing training is one of the programs organized by the LKP Putri Bandung City with the aim of increasing entrepreneurial motivation for each participant. The background of this study departs from the condition that not all training participants have adequate sewing skills and a strong entrepreneurial drive. This is influenced by the learning method that is still oriented towards simple theory and practice without emphasizing real-world problem solving. Therefore, a more contextual, interactive learning approach is needed and is able to actively involve participants in the learning process. There are learning methods used, to achieve the training objectives, the method used is the Project Based Learning method or a method that focuses on project completion as a way to increase the understanding of training participants. This study aims to determine the effect of the Project Based Learning method on internal and external entrepreneurial motivation at LKP Putri, which involves LKP Putri managers and LKP Putri sewing training participants. The research method used is a quantitative approach with a data collection tool in the form of a questionnaire with a sample of 60 people from a total population of 70 people. The results of this study are: 1) The Project Based Learning method has a significant and positive effect on internal and external entrepreneurial motivation as stated by the results of a simple linear regression analysis with a Sig. <0.05 value. 2) The Project Based Learning method provides a greater contribution to internal motivation as stated by the R2 value = 31.7% compared to external motivation with an R2 value = 18.4%. This shows that Project Based Learning is effective in increasing entrepreneurial drive and Project Based Learning contributes to both internal and external entrepreneurial motivation.
