    Abstract

    Media pembelajaran berbasis hypermedia semakin banyak digunakan dalam pelatihan teknis karena kemampuannya menyajikan informasi secara interaktif. Kualitas hypermedia yang baik diharapkan mampu meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran dan ketercapaian tujuan pelatihan. Namun, persepsi peserta pelatihan terhadap kualitas hypermedia masih menghadapi sejumlah permasalahan, sehingga diperlukan analisis yang lebih komprehensif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis kualitas hypermedia pada pelatihan pemeriksaan jembatan di Pusat Pengembangan Kompetensi BPSDM Kementerian Pekerjaan Umum. Secara khusus, penelitian ini menilai aspek kualitas tujuan, kualitas konten, kualitas media, dan kualitas penggunaan, yang di dalamnya sudah memiliki indikator aksesibilitas serta inklusivitas. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. Responden penelitian ini adalah peserta pelatihan pemeriksaan jembatan. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan angket penilaian kualitas hypermedia dengan skala penilaian 1–4. Teknik analisis data dengan teknik deskriptif analitik dilakukan dengan cara mengkategorikan hasil rata-rata, median, modus, dan standar deviasi pada tiap indikator. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara keseluruhan kualitas hypermedia berada pada kategori “sangat berkualitas”. Aspek tujuan memperoleh penilaian tinggi dengan indikator kejelasan sasaran dan relevansi materi yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan pelatihan. Aspek konten dinilai sangat berkualitas karena materi disajikan secara sistematis, akurat, dan mudah dipahami. Aspek media juga mendapat skor tinggi berkat desain visual yang menarik, keterpaduan multimedia, dan navigasi yang jelas. Aspek penggunaan dinilai sangat baik dengan indikator kendali pengguna yang optimal, sistem yang stabil, fitur yang lengkap, dan kemudahan akses. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa hypermedia yang digunakan telah memenuhi standar kualitas yang baik dan mampu mendukung proses pembelajaran teknis secara efektif. Hypermedia-based learning is increasingly utilized in technical training due to its ability to present information interactively. High-quality hypermedia is expected to enhance learning effectiveness and the achievement of training objectives. However, the perception of hypermedia quality among trainees continues to face several challenges, necessitating a more comprehensive analysis. This study aims to describe and analyze the quality of hypermedia used in bridge inspection training at the Competency Development Center of the Human Resources Development Agency (BPSDM), Ministry of Public Works. Specifically, this research evaluates the quality aspect of purpose, content, media, and usability, which include indicators for accessibility and inclusivity. A quantitative approach was employed as the research method. The respondents were participants in the bridge inspection training program. The research instrument was a hypermedia quality assessment questionnaire using a 1–4 rating scale. Descriptive analytical techniques were used for data analysis, categorizing the mean, median, mode, and standard deviation for each indicator. The results indicate that the overall quality of the hypermedia is categorized as “very high quality.” The purpose aspect received a high rating, with indicators showing clear objectives and relevance of the material to training needs. The content aspect was deemed very high quality as the material was presented systematically, accurately, and was easily comprehensible. The media aspect also scored highly, attributed to its attractive visual design, multimedia integration, and clear navigation. The usability aspect was rated as excellent, with indicators pointing to optimal user control, system stability, comprehensive features, and ease of access. These findings demonstrate that the hypermedia utilized meets high-quality standards and is capable of effectively supporting the technical learning process.
