Abstract

Wanawisata Nagara Puntang merupakan salah satu destinasi wisata alam yang mengalami peningkatan kunjungan dan terletak di kawasan hutan lindung Gunung Puntang, Kabupaten Bandung. Peningkatan jumlah kunjungan wisatawan yang tidak disertai dengan perencanaan daya dukung kawasan berpotensi menimbulkan tekanan terhadap lingkungan dan kapasitas pengelolaan serta penurunan pengalaman pengunjung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis daya dukung pariwisata menggunakan pendekatan daya dukung fisik, daya dukung riil, dan daya dukung efektif berdasarkan teori Cifuentes (1992). Metode yang digunakan bersifat kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui observasi, dokumentasi, dan wawancara dengan pengelola kawasan. Hasil perhitungan menunjukkan bahwa nilai PCC sebesar 1.188 wisatawan per hari, sedangkan nilai RCC sebesar 917 wisatawan dan ECC sebesar 459 wisatawan per hari. Persamaan daya dukung pariwisata yaitu PCC > RCC ≥ ECC atau 1.188 > 917 ≥ 459. Berdasarkan data kunjungan aktual yang mencapai 400 hingga 500 wisatawan per hari, diketahui bahwa kawasan telah mengalami tekanan kunjungan karena telah melebihi batas daya dukung efektifnya. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan strategi pengendalian jumlah pengunjung, perluasan kawasan wisata seperti sebelumnya, serta penguatan sarana dan prasarana penunjang untuk menjaga keberlanjutan fungsi wisata alam di kawasan tersebut. Wanawisata Nagara Puntang is one of the natural tourism destinations that has increased visits and is located in the protected forest area of Mount Puntang, Bandung Regency. An increase in the number of tourist visits that are not accompanied by planning the carrying capacity of the area has the potential to cause pressure on the environment and management capacity as well as a decrease in visitor experience. This study aims to analyze the carrying capacity of tourism using the Physical Carrying Capacity (PCC), Real Carrying Capacity (RCC), and Effective Carrying Capacity (ECC) approaches based on the theory of Cifuentes (1992). The method used is qualitative with data collection through observation, documentation, and interviews with area managers. The calculation results show that the value of PCC is 1,188 tourists per day, while the value of RCC is 917 tourists and ECC is 459 tourists per day. The equivalent of tourism carrying capacity is PCC > RCC ≥ ECC or 1,188 > 917 ≥ 459. Based on actual visit data that reaches 400 to 500 tourists per day, it is known that the area has experienced visit pressure because it has exceeded its effective carrying capacity limit. Therefore, a strategy to control the number of visitors, expand tourist areas as before, and strengthen supporting facilities and infrastructure to maintain the sustainability of natural tourism functions in the area.
