Abstract
Penelitian ini berfokus pada kinerja karyawan PT X yang bergerak di bidang ritel modern, dengan latar belakang menurunnya kinerja karyawan serta pentingnya peningkatan kinerja di tengah persaingan ketat industri ritel. Topik yang dipilih dalam penelitian ini adalah knowledge management sebagai salah satu strategi yang berpotensi mendorong peningkatan kinerja karyawan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran tingkat knowledge management, tingkat kinerja karyawan, serta tingkat pengaruh knowledge management terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT X Kota Tangerang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan rumus Lemeshow dengan sampel sebanyak 100 karyawan PT X Kota Tangerang. Data diperoleh melalui studi lapangan dan studi kepustakaan. Teknik analisis dilakukan menggunakan koefisien korelasi dan koefisien determinasi dengan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Knowledge Management di PT X Kota Tangerang berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada kategori sangat tinggi dengan kontribusi sebesar 74,7%. This study focuses on the performance of employees at PT X, a company engaged in modern retail, against the background of declining employee performance and the importance of improving it amid intense competition in the retail industry. The research topic selected is knowledge management as one of the strategies that has the potential to enhance employee performance. The purpose of this study is to describe the level of knowledge management, the level of employee performance, and the extent to which knowledge management influences employee performance at PT X Tangerang City. The research method employed is a descriptive and verification method with the sampling technique determined using the Lemeshow formula, resulting in a sample of 100 employees of PT X Tangerang City. Data were collected through field study and literature review. The analytical techniques applied include the correlation coefficient and the coefficient of determination with hypothesis testing conducted using the t-test. The research results indicate that Knowledge Management at PT X Tangerang City has a very high influence on Employee Performance with a contribution of 74.7%.
