    Abstract

    Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya peran keluarga dalam mendukung perkembangan motorik kasar anak dengan cerebral palsy tipe diplegia spastik pada kedua kakinya, di mana keterbatasan fisik anak memerlukan program latihan yang terstruktur, berkelanjutan, dan sesuai dengan kondisi rumah. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan program intervensi bersumber daya keluarga yang kolaboratif dan kontekstual untuk mengoptimalkan kemampuan motorik kasar anak. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan program dilakukan secara kolaboratif antara orang tua dan guru, namun terdapat hambatan berupa keterbatasan waktu, rasa kurang percaya diri, dan pencatatan latihan yang kurang sistematis. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut, telah dikembangkan program intervensi yang lebih fleksibel, berbasis rutinitas keluarga, dilengkapi sistem monitoring sederhana, dan memperkuat kolaborasi antara rumah dan sekolah. Simpulan penelitian menegaskan bahwa pengembangan program dengan penyesuaian kondisi lingkungan mikro anak dan penguatan kapasitas keluarga menjadi kunci keberhasilan dalam meningkatkan kemampuan motorik kasar anak cerebral palsy. This study is motivated by the crucial role of families in supporting the gross motor development of children with spastic diplegic cerebral palsy affecting both legs, where the child’s physical limitations require a structured, continuous training program tailored to home conditions. The research aims to develop a family-based intervention program that is both collaborative and contextual to optimize the child’s gross motor skills. A qualitative method with a case study design was employed, involving observations, interviews, and document analysis. The findings indicate that the program was implemented collaboratively between parents and teachers; however, challenges were identified, including limited time, low self-confidence, and unsystematic recording of training activities. Based on these findings, a more flexible intervention program was developed, grounded in family routines, equipped with a simple monitoring system, and reinforcing collaboration between home and school. The study concludes that tailoring the program to the child’s microenvironment and strengthening family capacity are key to the successful enhancement of gross motor skills in children with cerebral palsy.
