Abstract

Penelitian ini di latar belakangi oleh tantangan perkembangan dunia pendidikan yang semakin berubah dan mempunyai tekanan pada proses kepemimpinan kepala sekolah. Kepala sekolah yang tidak siap menghadapi tantangan, maka dia bisa mengalami stres. Jika stres kepada kepala sekolah bisa terjadi, maka para pengikutnya akan ikut mengalami stres. Jika di biarkan maka organisasi sekolah akan mengalami kelelahan, akibat tuntutan yang semakin banyak. Penelitian ini berfokus pada Studi Tentang Jenis Stres, Sumber Stres, Dampak Stres dan Strategi Untuk Mengatasi Stres Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah di Sekolah Dasar Kabupaten Garut. Dengan menggunakan metode campuran eksplanatori desain, penelitian ini menggabungkan metode kuantitatif dan kualitatif untuk mendapatkan pemahaman yang komprehensif tentang masalah stres kepemimpinan kepala sekolah. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa jenis stres yang dialami kepala sekolah memiliki kecenderungan lebih tinggi pada aspek kurikulum, pembiayaan keuangan, dan sarana prasarana. Sumber stres kepala sekolah yang dominan berasal dari implementatif tuntutan peran dan tugas yang kompleks. Kepala sekolah merasakan dampak stres lebih dominan pada aspek fisik dan lingkungan sekolah. Maka dari coping strategi yang bisa di terapkan adalah dengan rasa keikhlasan, membangun pola pikir positif (mindset), penentuan prioritas tugas, kolaborasi dengan berbagai pihak, penerapan pendekatan diferensiasi yang inklusif, serta pengembangan inovasi dan kreativitas melalui strategi kewirausahaan. Rekomendasi yang di di kembangkan dalam penelitian ini adalah Model Strategi Mengatasi Stres Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah yang berpondasi pada Religious Immunity yang berfungsi sebagai pondasi kepala sekolah dalam memperkuat daya tahan individu dan organisasi. Dengan memanfaatkan nilai-nilai religius, kepala sekolah dapat membangun landasan manajemen stres yang efektif, tidak hanya untuk dirinya sendiri, tetapi juga bagi organisasi sekolah. Kata Kunci : Coping Strategi Stres, Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah, Stres Kepemimpinan   This research is in the background of the challenges of the development of the world of education which is increasingly changing and has pressure on the leadership process of school principals. A principal who is not ready to face challenges, then he or she can experience stress. If stress to the principal can occur, then his followers will also experience stress. If left unchecked, the school organization will experience fatigue, due to increasing demands. This research focuses on the Study of Types of Stress, Sources of Stress, Impact of Stress and Strategies to Overcome Stress of School Principal Leadership in elementary school of Garut Regency. Using a mixed method of design explanatory, this study combines quantitative and qualitative methods to obtain a comprehensive understanding of the stress problem of principal leadership. The results of this study show that the type of stress experienced by school principals has a higher tendency in the aspects of curriculum, financial financing, and infrastructure. The dominant source of principal stress comes from the implementation of complex demands and tasks. The principal felt that the impact of stress was more dominant on the physical aspects and the school environment. Therefore, from coping strategies that can be applied are with a sense of sincerity, building a positive mindset, determining task priorities, collaborating with various parties, applying an inclusive differentiation approach, and developing innovation and creativity through entrepreneurial strategies. The recommendations developed in this study are the Principal's Leadership Stress Management Strategy Model which is based on Religious Immunity which functions as the foundation of the principal in strengthening individual and organizational resilience. By utilizing religious values, school principals can build an effective foundation for stress management, not only for themselves, but also for the school organization.
