Abstract
ABSTRAK Raysa Pramudita (2109883) “Peran Inovasi Produk Dalam Meningkatkan Daya Saing Janji Jiwa di Industri Coffee Shop” Konsumsi kopi di Indonesia terus mengalami peningkatan. Hal ini memicu pertumbuhan pesat industri coffee shop di Indonesia. Janji Jiwa, sebagai salah satu pemain utama dalam industri ini, menghadapi persaingan yang ketat sehingga inovasi produk menjadi strategi penting dalam meningkatkan daya saingnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran inovasi produk dalam meningkatkan daya saing Janji Jiwa di Kota Bandung. Data diperoleh melalui survei terhadap konsumen Janji Jiwa di Kota Bandung menggunakan kuesioner online. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Kata kunci: Inovasi Produk, Daya Saing, Coffee Shop, Janji Jiwa, Strategi Pemasaran. ABSTRACT Raysa Pramudita (2109883) “The Role of Product Innovation in Increasing Janji Jiwa's Competitiveness in the Coffee Shop Industry” Coffee consumption in Indonesia continues to increase. This has triggered the rapid growth of the coffee shop industry in Indonesia. Janji Jiwa, as one of the main players in this industry, faces intense competition so that product innovation is an important strategy in increasing its competitiveness. This study aims to analyze the role of product innovation in improving the competitiveness of Janji Jiwa in Bandung City. Data was obtained through a survei of Janji Jiwa consumers in Bandung City using an online questionnaire. The research method used is descriptive and verification method with a quantitative approach.
