    Abstract

    BUMDes memiliki peran strategis dalam mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi desa melalui pengelolaan potensi lokal dan pemberdayaan masyarakat. BUMDes Niagara menjadi salah satu contoh lembaga ekonomi desa yang mengimplementasikan strategi terpadu untuk meningkatkan kapasitas anggota wirausaha, baik melalui penyediaan sarana fisik maupun dukungan permodalan. Penulis ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi strategi terpadu BUMDes Niagara dalam meningkatkan kapasitas anggota wirausaha serta menganalisis faktor pendukung dan penghambat yang dihadapi dalam pelaksanaannya. Penulis ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan secara interaktif melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan/verifikasi. Hasil penulis menunjukkan bahwa BUMDes Niagara berhasil mengembangkan berbagai unit usaha, termasuk pengelolaan pasar desa, penyediaan fasilitas perdagangan, dan unit simpan pinjam untuk akses permodalan. Faktor pendukung meliputi dukungan pemerintah desa, partisipasi masyarakat, dan pengelolaan yang transparan. Faktor penghambat meliputi keterbatasan sumber daya manusia, persaingan pasar, dan keterbatasan modal awal. Implementasi strategi terpadu BUMDes Niagara efektif dalam meningkatkan kapasitas anggota wirausaha, terbukti dari peningkatan sarana usaha, kemudahan akses modal, dan bertambahnya jumlah pedagang aktif. Keberhasilan ini menunjukkan pentingnya sinergi antara infrastruktur, modal, dan partisipasi masyarakat untuk menciptakan kemandirian ekonomi desa. Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) play a strategic role in driving rural economic growth through the management of local potential and community empowerment. BUMDes Niagara serves as an exemplary case of a rural economic institution that implements an integrated strategy to enhance the capacity of entrepreneurial members, both through the provision of physical facilities and capital support. This study aims to describe the implementation of BUMDes Niagara’s integrated strategy in improving the capacity of its entrepreneurial members and to analyze the supporting and inhibiting factors encountered during its execution. The research employs a qualitative approach using a case study method. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observations, and document analysis. Data analysis was conducted interactively through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing/verification. The findings indicate that BUMDes Niagara has successfully developed various business units, including village market management, provision of trade facilities, and a savings and loan unit to improve access to capital. Supporting factors include the backing of the village government, active community participation, and transparent management. Inhibiting factors consist of limited human resources, market competition, and constraints in initial capital. The integrated strategy implemented by BUMDes Niagara has proven effective in enhancing the capacity of entrepreneurial members, as evidenced by the improvement of business facilities, easier access to financing, and an increase in the number of active traders. This success underscores the importance of synergy between infrastructure, capital, and community participation in fostering rural economic self-reliance.
