Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan instrumen Asesmen Kompetensi Minimum (AKM) literasi membaca dan literasi numerasi pada materi kesetimbangan kimia yang memenuhi kriteria kelayakan ditinjau dari validitas, reliabilitas, tingkat kesukaran, dan daya pembeda. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pengembangan dan validasi. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini, yaitu lima orang ahli pendidikan kimia sebagai validator dan 30 peserta didik kelas XI di salah satu Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA) di Kabupaten Garut sebagai responden. Produk yang dihasilkan berupa instrumen AKM yang terdiri atas 19 soal literasi membaca dan 11 soal literasi numerasi yang tersebar dalam 7 teks informasi, dengan konteks saintifik dan tiga level kognitif baik untuk literasi membaca maupun numerasi. Berdasarkan uji validitas isi, seluruh butir soal dan aspek-aspeknya dinyatakan valid dengan nilai Rasio Validitas Konten (CVR) dan Indeks Validitas Konten per Item (I-CVI) sebesar 1, serta nilai Indeks Validitas Isi (CVI) dan Rata-rata Indeks Validitas Konten Skala (S-CVI/Ave) keseluruhan juga sebesar 1. Hasil uji validitas empiris menunjukkan 28 soal valid dan 2 soal tidak valid. Hasil uji reliabilitas untuk bentuk soal objektif maupun uraian dinyatakan reliabel. Hasil uji tingkat kesukaran, yaitu 9 soal tergolong mudah, 17 soal sedang, dan 4 soal sukar. Hasil uji daya pembeda, yaitu 12 soal berkategori baik sekali, 9 soal kategori baik, 6 soal kategori sedang, dan 3 soal kategori jelek. Hasil analisis tingkat kompetensi menunjukkan bahwa literasi membaca dan numerasi peserta didik sebagian besar berada pada kategori “cakap” dengan indeks masing-masing 1,82 dan 1,93. This study aims to develop a Minimum Competency Assessment (AKM) instrument for reading literacy and numeracy in chemical equilibrium topic that meets feasibility criteria in terms of validity, reliability, difficulty level, and discriminating power. The research method used was development and validation. Participants of this study consisted of five chemistry education experts as validators and 30 eleventh-grade students from a senior high school in Garut Regency as respondents. The product generated was an AKM instrument comprising 19 reading literacy items and 11 numeracy items distributed across seven informational texts, each with scientific contexts and three cognitive levels for both reading and numeracy. Based on the content validity test, all items and their aspects were declared valid, with a Content Validity Ratio (CVR) and Item Content Validity Index (I-CVI) of 1, as well as an overall Content Validity Index (CVI) and Scale Content Validity Index Average (S-CVI/Ave) of 1. The empirical validity test showed 28 valid items and 2 invalid items. Reliability tests confirmed that both objective and essay-type items were reliable. The difficulty level analysis classified 9 items as easy, 17 as moderate, and 4 as difficult. The discriminating power analysis showed that 12 items were categorized as very good, 9 items as good, 6 items as moderate, and 3 items as poor. Competency level analysis indicated that most of the students’ reading and numeracy literacy levels were categorized as “proficient,” with respective indices of 1,82 and 1,93.
